We enjoyed the central location. Everything was perfectly accessible on foot. There was breakfast despite Corona. There are paid parking spaces at the house. We didn't like: the central location and the clarity. When everything was done right in the harbour in the morning, everything was very well received, despite the closed windows. The rollos barely shed light and the sun woke us up early in the morning. The mattresses and the blankets were thin. Fortunately we still had our own blankets. The reception was only limited. Early on, it was by voucher at a (not very good) baker whose breadboxes were poppy and spicy. The tip we had for dinner was not a good one, and the service was not a good one. I heard something about the hotel's kitchen bag. The information about the park was not good enough. I once heard that the restaurant had a bag full of food.

Central location - sufficient for a first impression

We stayed one night in the family room. The hotel is super centrally located, with important shops and the fish hall next door. There are parking spaces. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. We are happy to come back.

We were in Sanctuary for a short vacation. Since we decided on a very short term, we had to take what was free. We were really VERY POSITIVE surprised. The hotel is right on the harbor, about 50 meters from the pier. The inland port and the marina are 5 minutes away. Since the operator has a shop downstairs, it is not possible to have breakfast directly at the hotel. But there is a voucher from the hotel in cooperation with a baker and a restaurant to get there early. The room is spacious and everything is very clean. In the room is an envelope with the voucher, the Lan Pass and the message that 2 bottles of water from the minibar are FREE. Everything can be very pleasant. It is also very quiet and you can sleep well!

The hotel is in great condition, nice staff.

We had an appartment which was clean, had everything you needed and was situeted right by the harbour in Heligenhafen. It was good priced as well. We paid ap. 280 euro for 6 days. There are some good restaurants nearby and good cafés as well. Just around the corner you have shops, bars, ships, a fish market and so on. Best place ee stayed at so far.

Perfect hotel close by the harbour.

We spent a week in Baltic Kölln Apartment No. 6. We were very excited by the friendly reception. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need to feel good. The small balcony has a wonderful harbour view, the internet works very well and the tranquility of the whole building is ideal for long-sleepers or guests who like to go to bed early.The friendly receptionist brought us our afternoon daily newspaper, class and love thanks for this service every morning! The central location is great, everything is easy to reach in a short time. We have already booked for 2017, the price-performance ratio is good, the service is unique and the app is excellent!

Class apartments at the port

Clean rooms, well-maintained facilities, laundry machines, poor internet. In some apartments, street noise (garbage trucks, suppliers of shops, etc.) is very loud from 5 a.m. onwards. Parking is not available for every guest. Staff is very friendly and quick.
