Stayed here one night whilst walking in the area. It is not in an auspicious area [industrial estate next to railway] But as soon as you enter things change. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The house is very modern, clean and functional. The bedrooms are well equipped, beds comfy and the the shower superb. There is an outside area for guest use. Evening meals are not normally provided. The rooms are very quiet for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was the best I had in a week in Bavaria. All the usual plus some extra home made delicacies, all very fresh and well presented. Could have easily stayed longer. .

Top class B&B.

What a wonderful surprise! The lively and hospitable host, Esther, has created a showpiece of spacious modern luxury. Our room was huge (the bathroom was as big as the bedroom!!!), comfortable, and well-appointed. I had the best sleep in years thanks to the comfy bed and blackout curtains. Although it was right next to the breakfast room, our room was absolutely quiet and private. The breakfast has everything you need to get you off to a terrific start  - meats, cheeses, wonderful baked goods, cereals, yogurt, juices, tea, coffee, and even eggs cooked to order.
There are almost no restaurants nearby, unfortunately. We didn't feel like driving back to Peiting for dinner, so we picked up a small bottle of wine and a few things at the local grocery store and brought them back to eat in our room. When she saw us arriving with our goodies, Esther invited us to sit in the breakfast room to eat, gave us two wine glasses, and lit a candle at our table!
We absolutely recommend that you stay at Villa Musica!

WOW!!!

A lovely place to stay in Bavaria. Affordable high standard, friendly hosts, clean rooms. Modern and spacious. Family friendly. We stayed there with our 5 year old and a baby. Beautiful breakfast room and variety of dishes (incl. local food). Convenient location, about 3 mins drive to the shops and bank, 5 mins - 10 mins to a restaurant (including the one on top of the hill with a breathtaking view of the Alps), about 35 mins to the famous Neuschwanstein Castle in Hohenschwangau and countless family attractions. Highly recommend!

Warm and welcoming

Esther, the woman who owns this hotel/B&B, is a wonderful ambassador for her country, and Bavaria.  She is smart, funny, and very welcoming.  Her hotel is a few steps from the train station and is of modern design with spacious rooms and well-appointed bathrooms.  She serves a good breakfast, but unfortunately there are no nearby restaurants IF you don't have a car.  The alternative, which many guests take, is the 5 minute train ride into Pieting, where there are many restaurants.  Esther can also order you a good pizza if you don't want to travel.  I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my stay and only regret I didn't have time to hear Esther play her music.
