First of all, it's not a hotel, it's a b&b. A small parking lot at the back of the building, it's a good place to go. The owners are friendly, the room is spacious and the bed is nice. A small terrace overlooking the room. A priori, the higher you go up the stairs, the better the view is.

I'm good.

In the golden age, the building was supposed to be beautiful, but now it is decadent. But don't be impressed by the exterior or the stairs with the worn carpet, because the rooms are nice, clean and you sleep well and cheap. The elderly owners are kind. The wife welcomed us in the evening and the husband prepared a nice breakfast for us in the restaurant below in the morning.

this small family run hotel in certainly running down.

the owner was polite.

there used to be a restaurant which is closed,so guest have to knock at the back door and go upstair to the room

the carpet at the room is not clean. the bathroom has probably not be improved in 40 years and the towells are old and small and only a small piece of soap was available. the furniture in the room is old and tired. the beds were reasonably comfortable, but the sheet had some holes. the room had a balcony, but its door was locked. 

soundfroffing was terrible: a busy road passed by me hotel and car and trucks noises were heard all the time.

the property needs painting everywhere. also some fresh air is needed, as there is a mouldy smell everywhere.

a very small tv is also probably dated 30 years ago.

breakfast was poor: some bread rolls,some butter, some jam, nutella, some not best quality cheese and salami... and acceptable coffee. 

the free wifi was god.

the parking at the back courtyard was addequate when not raining (not paved area=

value for money: very bad. for this money, there are many better places in the area.

the hotel is located in the suburbs of schwangau, nothing interesting around, but good to visit neuschwanstein and hoheschwangau castles: the carpark and tickets office are 5 minutes driving from the hotel.

The hotel is certainly convenient because of the proximity to the castles. Very kind owners but the old structure and insufficient breakfast. It would be enough to undo and renovate the surroundings and make it a little cleaner.

The structure now has a few annotations on its shoulders, as well as the rest of the friendly owners. Beyond this we found the room comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom; they are quite spacious.A good chocolate Ritter Sport welcomed us into our bed, as a demonstration of the owners' cuisine.

One of the cheapest in the area.

Very close to the castles, the master and wife are very kind, too bad the cleaning leaves you wanting, for the price I paid I didn't expect anything more modern. They have the parking, free wifi only for a few hours a day and the optimal breakfast, bread and salt always fresh and abundant, the priori tries not to miss anything, nice chocolate put on the bed every day!

Perfect for castles, but...

Simple and cozy structure, although somewhat dated. Carpet presence everywhere. The owners, very old, are very kind always leave chocolates in the room. Very simple breakfast. The cleanliness is not the highest. Our room faced towards Neuschawnstein Castle, large and bright with terrace. Parking available in the back of the garden. Linen slightly used up. Very close to Fussen and the castles. Wifi available for only a few hours. However good price for the area.

Maximum simplicity but to be improved

Easy to find and really close to Neuschawnstein. Check in was easy and not a problem. Private parking in back. Our room was big as it had two bedrooms and a private bathroom and it was clean. One had two singles pushed together for a "king"  (more like a queen size) and the other with a single bed and a couch that probably could be pulled out as a sofa bed.

The beds were a lot firmer than I'm used to and the pillows are very soft to the point that your head is pretty much on the bed. Our breakfast was only of bread rolls, some meat and cheese and juice or milk.  I think we were the only ones staying there so we weren't offered any thing else, and if were and I don't remember it, but we didn't want the elderly gentleman running the place have to mess up anything.

Close to Castles

If you would like to deep in a special atmosphere of a german family, you can stay here. The Bei Weirich hotel is very convenient and very successfully located: very close all famous castles and wonderful lakes.
The hotel is located between Fussen and Schwangau, there is very friendly staff in it and very spacious room for one traveller.
I disliked only absent heating from 30.07 untill 02.08: after the 15 degrees outside and a little rain I very wanted to take a shower and drink a beer in a warm room. 
I have not marked less 5 - "excellent" because the heating in summer is always absent in more countries and to blame the  good hotel in it is fooly.

The family business hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel..our family had two rooms, 1 double, 1 triple. The value was good. The owners were very nice,  they gave us a map to use, and helped with directions. Outside the hotel was a cute strawberry stand that we couldn't resist. This location was very close to Ludwigs castle Neuschwanstein.
