The rooms don't look like the ones in the pictures. The rooms have fallen down. The floor is dirty. The furniture is no longer in the best condition. The reception is almost never occupied. You have to find the staff in the house to get towels, for example. I don't recommend this hotel any further. The staff on the ground don't care what you say. It's a shame, this building offers a lot of possibilities.

Never again

Great idea, an old village school where you can stay overnight. We were immediately enthusiastic and used this location as a starting point for a trip to the Spreewald. We arrived late at night, our keys were reserved for us, and we got our little room. There's nothing you can do in this place after 10 p.m. outside your own four walls. If you go to school in the east and it says preserved history, you'll find it here. There was no reception, but you don't really need it. You get to the keys and you can drop them off the day you leave.

Clean rooms in the middle of nowhere

The hotel is made in a school building and is located in a more than quiet area. The rooms are clean without many curtains, but they are very functional, everything is in its place! As usual the bathrooms are not equipped with bidets, but in this country it seems to be a constant. The breakfast is buffet and is quite rich and varied.

Booked for a weekend visit to the Spreewald, village location about 30km from Spreewald, ehm. school building where a building tract was converted to a hotel about 2 years ago, check-in at 4pm unfortunately without staff, but only by phone and with key deposit, rooms large and relatively clean, with minibar, unfortunately very bright, furniture and equipment after just 2 years already very demanded, windows still old and in service, bathroom in good condition and very clean, the whole design of the school very sober and homeless, without any external deck, some extra food and snacks and breakfast, but unfortunately there was a reasonable price in the town, but there was no food and breakfast in the town, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen, but there was very little food available in the town, and unfortunately there was not enough room for breakfast and lunch, but there was no room for lunch, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen, not even a small kitchen.

Simpler accommodation with more potential

One thing in advance - this property will not be such a thriving hotel. The cleaner makes breakfast here and has to take care of the reception and cleaning of the rooms by the way. No check in - no check out possible - because no one there, the reception is never occupied without staff/money! Everyone puts his key at the check out reception. The tasty neutral breakfast, which is also a feast for the existing flies every morning, is served in building environments with minimal equipment levels. We don't want to talk about the external facility because there is simply no availability.

No further recommendation

The hotel is located in a building that used to be a school. In the corridors hang photographs of teachers and pioneers of the GDR. Very nice, wrapped in nostalgia. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very tasty and full breakfast.

When you're at school again!

We were there for a weekend with a group of 8 people.The staff were friendly and informative.The rooms were clean,the bathroom was nice and the beds were very good (all newly furnished).The windows seem to be still being renovated but the current condition was already well transportable.The environment is rural, quiet.With the help of the staff we also found a nice restaurant nearby (walkable in 5 minutes).The breakfast was good, everything was there and was served.By car you can get to the timetables and sights in about 5 to 30 minutes.On the former schoolyard you can sit well in nice weather, the bar is well planned and ready soon.

Rome wasn't built in a day...

Hotel from a former school. Buildings in decent condition but still very simple. Simple furnished rooms but with new furniture. Great bathroom. Good breakfast. Very low price. Kind staff. In the end, there was nothing more to be done for that amount.
