was our short stay in the barn... the room was big and clean... (except for the dirty floor mat in the nightbox, unfortunately)... the bathroom was also clean...a handle in the bathroom would help older guests get out:-)... the fridge is there... the balcony came in years (an outdoor attack on the balcony outside would make sense)... the old table doesn't even fit into a 4 star hotel...the view, well... breakfast is very nice, the buffet is very good and abundant...friendly...personal wellness area there is very nice and clean... we have been wonderful relaxed... the price ratio is a little too high... we had a ticket, we probably didn't have it...

Better than I expected.

Passing by work, good structure even if rooms are a bit dated, clean and courteous staff, good breakfast with lots of variety of salt, correct price for the structure, free parking spaces

Good level

Nice and so comfprtable! It is a goof place to stay as long as your trip to Ingolstadt allows you. The breakfast is really good and it is only 4km away from the old town center. Perfect for relax a bit in between shopping or Business

Very nice staff, nice room (suite), small but fine breakfast buffet. Great spa and indoor pool! The only criticism: the WiFi is extremely slow, even sending e-mail takes forever, livestream impossible

Nice hotel with spa

The rooms and corridors have come a long way, a small room, a dark bathroom. The breakfast room is very narrow. It's not comfortable, although the quality is right. The staff at the restaurant is not well trained yet, the staff at the bar could also be more friendly.

That's how it goes.

I visited this hotel on a short business trip. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was varied and tasty. My only negative for the hotel was that there was no WiFi available in the rooms unless you paid for it (only free in the lobby) which, in this day and age, I find very unusual but I suppose it's a nice little money maker for the hotel.

Short business trip

We checked in to hotel at 1600hrs into a first class business room on 5th floor, room was ok, quite spacious, but bathroom old and dated. However the air conditioning was not working. Returned to reception to complain and was offered another room, but AC was also not working. Both rooms were very warm and considering the high price that we paid this was wholly unacceptable.

The receptionist tried to get hold of his colleagues to offer a solution. I was told that the technician was only available to come to the hotel the following day (as we checked out)

I requested another room to view, this had not AC and was also too hot. We decided to get a drink in the bar whilst the receptionist tried to find an alternate solution.

After waiting for another 15 minutes, I went to reception to advise the receptionist that I wanted to leave and cancel the booking. He replied “This was not possible as the room had been charged and prepaid, and this was a condition of the booking”. I advised him that the hotel was not able to fulfil their part of the contract, i.e. offering me a room that I was able to sleep in!” so you have to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the owner, I eventually got the full refund and then travelled another 1 hour to get a decent hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel.


Very poor hotel

We have been staying here a few times before on our way from Denmark to Italy, and we have always liked the hotel, although the rooms really need airconditioning or at least fans as standard. The rooms are very hot during summer! This time, we were quite disapointed about several things:

1) The wifi wasn’t working due to “service” (“please try again in a few minutes”) and the staff couldn’t care less. You shouldn’t advertise with free wifi, when you don’t have any.

2) The waiter at the bar was extremely rude and arrogant. Apperently he was ill with a cold, which was bad for him, of course. But also bad for us as he was coughing all over our table and drinks. And again, he was really arrogant and rude and probably should have stayed in bed that morning.

3) The hotel should just remove their minibar. Besides one mineral water it contained nothing. That’s just making fun of people.

4) The burger with “truffel creme” newer saw a truffel in it’s life. It was just an ordinary burger, so just order the classic one

4) They charge you for parking on an open parkinglot outside the hotel. Shouldn’t that be included? Or maybe at this point, I’m just really annoyed.

5) They had already charged our creditcard eventhough we specific asked to pay in cash. A minor error. Could happen to anyone, but at this point we were just really annoyed.

And one more time: they really need to do something about those hot rooms. Put in a fan, install aircondition, do something.

Other than that, we quite like the spa and wellness area, the rooms are okay (besides the heat and the ridiculous minibar), the beds are comfortable and the rooms seem clean. Also, for the most part, the staff is friendly and helpfull. But as a 4-star hotel, they need to step up a little!

A little annoyed and disapointed

The Hotel Heidehof is an outstanding secret tip for anyone who doesn't have high luxury claims but still values ambiance, style and friendliness. Here you will find a wonderful oasis of tranquility that offers a wellness area that looks for its own. Let the culinary delicacies and the unique white beer that is only here spoil you! Labsal for body and soul you will feel when you go to the wellness area and feel the stress of the last few days peeled off. I can only recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed it and were overjoyed there!

The charm of an old lady with style

Unfortunately, I have to write a critical review to the Parkhotel Heidehof, because various things were just bad. So we were upgraded to a room in a higher category, which was also not to be done at check-in. So we wanted to get our room in the afternoon, and the room was just not ready. We were discharged and asked to come back to the front desk in an hour. So we drove to the city for about an hour and a half to shop. However, after our return, our room was still not finished. So we were offered an upgraded atmosphere in a room in a higher category, which was also not to be done at check-in. So we were complimented at the bar and offered a coffee first. We were served at the bar because of the lack of two very young employees, who were very busy outside, and did not have a lot of hot water pressure. We were almost ready to go to the bathroom with a good breakfast and a good breakfast, but we were not able to get the best price in the hotel, so we were able to get a nice room in the bathroom, and then we were able to get a nice room in the
