We spent ten beautiful days in the Marianne Pension House. Upon our arrival we were very warmly received and immediately received the one or the other excursion/walking and restaurant tip. We had booked the room Panorama view, which is very lovingly decorated and in the typical Bavarian style. There you wake up in the morning with a direct view of the sunrise. The bathroom is newly renovated and overall everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is lovingly prepared, is rich and contains everything you need for a good and healthy start in the day. From various kinds of bread, to fresh cereal with fruit and yogurt, to many cheeses and cheese. In each case, there will be a small cup of tea and a pension in the park. In the case of the cheese, there will be a small cup of tea available.

Family pension with good breakfast

Marianne's house is a cozy guesthouse in the typical Chiemgauer style. The hostess has arranged everything very lovingly and in detail. Our room was huge and with the small living room and the next room, which offers plenty of room for suitcases and clothes, a third bed, it almost had the character of a FeWo, minus the kitchen. For this there is a small tea kitchen in the house, where also chilled drinks are offered. The breakfast buffet is rich and refreshing. Price and performance are definitely right here.

Comfortable boarding house with good breakfast

After 2 years of absence, my wife and I spent 14 days in the Marianne Pension again. There are certainly many positive connotations for this house, but I think the terms, super-groomed, Bayer, family and cozy, are best suited. As always, we were totally enthusiastic about the little details that make up each room, but also the communal areas (and not least from the view of the mountains from the balcony). For me, there are many highlights in this place that make the House Marianne I will always prefer to other hotels or holiday apartments. Of course, it is the first one to call the rented house Angelika. I have been around the world a lot, but so warmly you will rarely be welcomed.

The perfect couple's vacation

We felt very comfortable, our room was beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and a good and healthy start to the day. In every way, the guesthouse is only recommended if you like it cozyly comfortable, away from mass catering and familiar. The hit: Cat visit at breakfast :) We'd love to come back anyway!!

Very cozy and family friendly

Very nice guesthouse, lovingly decorated and decorated in Bavarian style. The rooms are all tip top clean and the hostess is very nice, helpful and always has an open ear. From there you can start very nice excursions, there is something for every taste. Our vacation was wonderful and very relaxing and we are looking forward to the next year in this great guesthouse!

A dream vacation!

Located in a quiet peripheral location with no traffic, the guest house is extremely clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a wide view of the surrounding mountains.

It's really worth it.

An original 18th century house with beautiful Alpine furnishings, lovingly decorated. We had room 3, with morning sun and xxl shower in the new bathroom. Very good mattresses and beautiful furnishings. Very good breakfast, which is always something different and does not get boring. Beautiful garden with seating facilities that can be used by guests. Small tea kitchen with refrigerator and drinks for self-drive. Super nice pensioner who with her heart and mind makes her guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Excellent price-performance ratio. Unlimited recommended.

Just to feel good

We decided to stay in the countryside, enjoy the quiet, admire the beautiful scenery. We did it. The friendly atmosphere in the house deserves special attention. The hostess is very positive and active, she tries to give every guest maximum attention. I definitely recommend staying in this guest house.

A quiet, peaceful vacation.

I will try to enumerate point by point and i hope not to miss something:
- the location is from a fairytale: green grass (in april), a little river in front, birds singing around, quite, fresh air, country smell. Very easily accessible by car, which in germany appears to be "business as usual" :)
- the pension: if you like the bavarian style, you will feel great here. Every little corner has been subject to a careful decoration and anytime you pass by it you notice something new. You will anyway get in love with it. At the first floor there is a lecture room and the breakfast one. At the first floor there is a small kitchen where you have a fridge and coffee and tea facilities anytime you want.
- the room: ours was at the last floor and contained a small corridor + a room with shower and wc + another one with sink, big wardrobe and a bench + the bedroom with a big comfortable double bed, an armchair, a tv, a table + a big balcony with a balansoar and a table with chairs looking to the green valeys, mountains and small river in front. We had everything we needed (including facial tissues, pads, hair dryer etc), clean and very comfortable. The weather was chilly but in the room was very pleasant.
- the breakfast: it was simple, not a lot of diversity, but enough. Juice, some cheese, some meat, bread, cereals and jams and eggs if you ask for. Personally i would've like more cheese variety (as i don't eat meat, bred or sweets :))
- the owner: she is very nice, helpful and wants to make you feel welcomed at any moment
The price is quite reasonable at ~50 euros / night / room (+ the resort fee) usimg booking.com; even if we've seen some pensions with ~40 euros, we would make the same choice over and over again. In those money we received Inzell cards but we did not have time to use them, being all time away in salzburg, obersalzburg, munich etc.
The only negative thing was that the towels had an old and unpleasant smell, as if they were not properly dried.

If you are too stressed, this is a perfect place to relax. If not, you will enjoy it even more

It has been a real pleasure to stay at Haus Marianne.  
We absolutely can and will recommend this place.
Hopefully next time we can spend some more time in Inzell.
