We were in Inzell for a short vacation and decided to buy an apartment in this house. It's a shame that the description didn't say that the apartment we booked can only be reached by several stairs. If we had known beforehand, we wouldn't have booked there. The apartment we booked was also very old-fashioned. The chair was only for the deck. The footrest was already packed with cable ties.  Also the kitchen inventory was very poor. No toaster, no egg cook... because the apartment was cheap for the period we booked we hung it up there. But again I wouldn't book there.

Hmmm.

The guest house is located very conveniently on foot to the swimming park, spa and center. The reception was very friendly, our apartment for 2 people on the first floor was clean and for the affordable price very recommended, the large balcony was beautiful. The rustic bar on the ground floor is ideal for a late-night snack. Parking is free in front of the house. Of course, the house and inventory is a little older, for this the price/performance ratio is unbeatable cheap. Always happy.

Short vacation

The rooms are fine, but very old. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired (the bed sheet was at one end full of dirt). Shampoo and towels are available. For one night it was I.O. No more and no less

Not suitable for one night or longer stay

Negative: - hotel rooms (former apartments?) are from the 1970s inclusive of the entire interior - everything looks very worn out - bedding & towels very worn out - hygiene due to the impressions questionable - shower cabin has been broken - beds spread out - roll shops partly unusable - no own heating/climate (it was quite cold at night) Positive: - hotel was very close to our venue - great view - fast WiFi (Netflix was clean) - nice guest host

The check-in is only possible between 16:00 and 20:00. The rooms are large and fine. They are very old-fashioned. For the price it is definitely recommended. The location is great in the summer. You are in the city centre in 5 minutes.

For one night

We had 2 room apartment. Equipment were goo, cooking facilities were ok. Apartment was spacious. Location near badepark and we had great inzell card, with it free entrance to badepark, bergbahn, etc. That was happy, happy surprise.

Average apartment middle of nowhere

It was very easy to find this Gastehaus which was located in the countryside at the very charming and rustic.  The corner apartment we were assigned to had a great view of the German Alps.  It was very clean and spacious.  There was a sitting/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette.  Several towels were stacked in the bathroom and this is a clue not to expect the room to be cleaned daily as in a hotel room.  Room had a flat screen TV and English 
channels were available.

We were welcomed by Boudweyn, who usually tends bar.  He spoke flawless English and was very helpful with information on Inzell.  We were also provided with an Inzell card which allowed us to use certain facilities in town for free. Unfortunately, we didn't stay long enough to use the card.  

The Gastehaus is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and parking is 1.30 € per day. 
  
Breakfast costs 7 € per person.  There is a supermarket about 2 blocks away where one can get food and supplies. 

The day before we left, we had a chance to meet Robin who was very warm and friendly as well.  All in all, this is a great place to stay because of the beautiful surroundings, very warm and 
welcoming staff and a good value for your money. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit.

This is not a negative but we mention it to temper people's expectations in this regard.   Wi-fi is free but depending on how full the gastehaus is, it could be difficult to get a connection 
at the onset.  We were eventually able to connect early in the morning. Could be they have a narrow bandwidth and many users at certain times could slow down or prevent access.

There is a city tax of 2.10 € per person per day.
