The staff has a huge problem: they do not like customers! At least three of them should find another job! Being “served” at at the restaurant was terrible. Unfriendly, stressed and in the end they are angry not to receive a tip! The manager here should do something about that!!

We absolutely loved our one night here and we’re truly sad to leave. The room was so cozy. We loved the sauna area with showers and a space to step outside. We did the beer bath which was super fun. Breakfast was wonderful and we had so much fun listening to the band and drinking beer. 

Don’t miss walking the ground and visiting the church. 

The whole stay was one of the highlights of our trip.

Amazing stay

My husband and I went to the monastery restaurant in Irsea today to eat there. My vegetarian noodle dish was good, the salad I ordered was bad underground. Parts of the leaf salad were already dark brown, which means bacteria have formed that no one wants to have in their food. This happens when the salad leaves go around for hours without sufficient cooling. I told the service force and they noticed. Unfortunately, no one else seems to care. I'm going to draw my consequences, which certainly have no effect there, which I'm aware of. But I don't have any desire for inferior food, like what's going on with the host. There are many other responsibilities other than those of the service providers who are aware of it.

Fresh or chilled lettuce

Location great, but only for drinking, but family and friends reserved a table for us, and it didn't work as we were told unfriendlylyly. In general, great location and great beer gardens and delicious beers. But then it's over with deliciousness. Hax and duck are totally dry, slices follow the same. A beer bag for everything.

I guess it was the last time we came here to eat.

We were in business for the second time at this restaurant, and we can only recommend avoiding the restaurant. A few examples: Pussy breast salad: a pot of salad with a ready-made dressing is served, all on a wooden board and on the wooden board (!) then a piece of dry pussy breast. Half the duck was hard and dry, the buns like rubber. Slices of wine, the meat dries, the panade without flavor, plus a gourmet salad from the can. Just because we had guests there, it stopped us from letting the food go completely back. This is the second time this has happened, but now it's the last time.

The second visit, too, is not edible.

Very nice location. Delicious different beers from your own brewery. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are convenient and clean, but the wool might need an amplifier for the rooms. Breakfast is rich.

Tasting beer

We spent two weeks at the hotel last summer. The hotel environment in the old buildings was excellently developed. We had a very nice room. The service was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was rich but not very varied. The food was less to our taste. One time we had a chicken we had to return because it was not finished. But we immediately, without much words, got a new one. The beer from the home brewery was excellent. For motorcycles and bicycles there was a closing shop.

Super ambience, medium cooking

After a long time, we went back to this restaurant where I was a satisfied guest for about 40 years. Unfortunately, we were disappointed this time. The 1/2 duck was dry, probably too long under the heat lamp or had been heated again. The apple blue was only about cherry-sized. The trowel was ok, but could have been crunchy. So the strong-tasting potatoes with herbs didn't quite fit the delicate fish.

It used to be better

We decided on the basis of the good reviews to stay for several days, for the purpose of visiting the family, at the Bromberg Monastery. Unfortunately, our room was very clean and dark, which was rather to be assessed negatively. Already on arrival the reception was unoccupied and this was not to change during the next few days. We had to call and ring until someone from the service staff felt sorry and took over the check-in formalities. Our room was very clean and dark, which was to be assessed very negatively. Unfortunately, the whole room was very clean and dark, which was due to the thick walls of the monastery and the small windows. Already, the reception room was very unoccupied, so that there were no single products for the family to eat in the bromberg, so there was no single food for the family

Disappointing

Great hotel at the monastery brewery in the quiet area of Irsea. Rustic but very cozy and clean rooms. The beer garden is shaded under big trees. The food is great and cheap in the frame. There is a rich breakfast buffet for which you should have more time. I will always be very happy to come here when I am in this corner for business.
