Stayed at Ferienwohnung Latscha for 3 nights to go to Europa Park. The Latscha family were absolutely amazing hosts, so warm and welcoming. They helped us out so much and their service is second to none. The idyllic little town is only a few kilometres from the theme park and is a quiet location. The room was perfect, absolutely spotless, really comfortable beds, plenty of space in both the bedroom and the bathroom, free WiFi and catering facilities. Breakfast every morning is great with a fantastic spread which you can take with you if you'd like. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I really can't emphasise just how great the Latscha family were. Will never forget them and will definitely be back!

Great Accommodation, Even Better Hosts

We stayed for 2 night. 
Staff is very nicr but speak no English, the young dougther came for the rescue. 

The place is perfect, nice near the river and romantic, I asked for my girlfriend, and she said yes :)

We stayed 2 nights at Ferienwohnung Latscha to explore Europapark. This place is ideal for this purpose. Rooms are clean and all the necessary elements to make your own meal there are available. Really no remarks about the room and the friendly service of the owners.

The breakfast is worth the cost. There is surely enough for everyone and you can take the left-overs with you to the park.

We will certainly go back when we are looking for a stay in the region.

A very high value for money experience.

Ideal place to stay to visit Europapark

I guess the best about the Latscha Apartments is the Latscha Family themselves. They really like to have guests and pampered around us with great breakfast and lunch boxes. The apartment was large with a large bedroom and a extra large bed (in the wardrobe actually) for our kids in the living room. Everything was very clean and very well equipped. The swimming pool area was nice, there were several wellness areas and the whole complex is just next to the river. We were actually sorry that we only stayed two nights. It is so relaxing there. In Kappel-Grafenhausen you're just 3 km away from the Europe Park and a lot of other attractions. The restaurants within walking distance were great, too. Too bad we could eat once a day - ;-). We have decided to come back next year and to stay longer!

One of the places we remember best after 7 hotels this summer!

We stayed here for two nights as part of a 10 day Black Forest round trip.  It was a good central location (only if you have a car) to visit places such as Freiburg, Baden Baden, Strasbourg, Colmar (highly recommended) and, of course, Europa Park. 

Tip: If you want to visit Strasbourg or Colmar, you can enter France via ferry (free of charge) over the Rhine, five minutes from the Ferienwohnung Latscha, and save yourself a long drive on the A5 motorway.

The hosts are wonderful, very warm, welcoming and helpful.  We stayed in an en-suite room (I believe there are two rooms and one apartment) on the ground floor with a view of the back garden and river.  The room itself was spotlessly clean, big enough to swing a few cats but lacked a certain warmth and coziness. However, this was more than made up for by the owners and the atmosphere they created, especially during breakfast.  

Ferienwohnung Latscha is located in a mainly residential area, with a couple of restaurants in walking distance, but for those looking for scintillating nightlife will need to go further afield.

All in all, highly recommended.
