We spent there one night in winter and were very satisfied with the service and the hospitable staff. They serve also very good food in the restaurant! We would come back again by any opportunity. Thank you!

Great sevice and hospitability

On our way through Europe we ended up in Kitzingen. We searched for a hotel at tripadvisor and ended up with this one on our way at the autobahn southbound to Italy. We didn´t have a reservation, but the we were met by a very friendly staff how sorted everything out for us. The room was vey nice and included breakfast - very good one. We surly recommend this hotel.

Super hotel

Despite arriving on a Sunday when there is no-one on reception and the restaurant is closed, (there is a number to call) we were helped by a lady who I think lives at the hotel. The owner came immediately - on his day off. The room and bathroom was nice, updated and kept scrupulously clean. Clean towels and sheets and a fresh bottle of mineral water every day. Breakfast buffet with attention from the owners - good coffee, eggs done to your liking, everything covered for hygiene. We were very impressed with the staff attitude, they did not make us feel uncomfortable about not speaking German, and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. A kettle was provided on request, early breakfast as one of us had to work early, even a packed breakfast in a coolbox for our last morning as we had to leave very early. Beds were very comfortable, hairdryer is provided, free wifi works well once you have registered. The only noise was from occasional guests talking in the corridor, this was a very quiet, relaxing place to stay within easy walking distance of the town amenities- I hope to return here.

Service is exemplary here-staff are english speaking and friendly. Location is perfect.

This was my second ten day stay (July 7-17, 2016) at this hotel. I was born and raised in this city and now live in the U.S.  I am very familiar with all hotels in this quaint small city. 
I have stayed at other hotels, but I now choose this hotel because of the convenient location, immaculate and totally updated condition.  The wonderful friendliness of the multi generation (English speaking) hands-on owners are a huge plus!
There are no elevators (just like all the other hotels in the area) to the second and third floor rooms, so a handicapped person would find this challenging.
Inclusive breakfast is traditional German style, very tasty and fresh. 
Easy parking in front of the hotel is a very rare find in this city. 
I am looking forward to my return next year.

On holiday in Kitzingen I  initially chose this hotel for location (free car park for guests) and was not disappointed.  Location, atmosphere and the family friendliness and service was outstanding.  Breakfast was varied and more than enough and I felt that any needs I may have, were satisfied.  i.e. Cappuccino instead of black coffee. Cleanliness was a priority.  An evening meal of fine quality and variety was offered (except for Sundays)  Alexander (this is a family run hotel) was usually able to answer any questions I may have had.
