Very nice room, with valuable furniture in harmonious colors. Good ambience, very friendly and helpful staff both at the reception and in the service. Very good breakfast with organic products. We'd love to come back. It would be nice if the restaurant business could be resumed.

Nice hotel, nice concept

The hotel is good overall, but in some areas it is able to expand. The Spartan layout of the rooms, some without TV, is perfectly fine. The small number of plugs in the room could be a problem for some. Our bathroom was renovated and very clean. The very loud ventilation that springs up after a short time is annoying. There is free WiFi, sometimes you fly out, but it's affordable. On the table with flyers and brochures near the reception it looks pretty dirty. The staff is always friendly and friendly. The breakfast is good. The stay was fine, the price (98.00€ per night) I find a little too high. In other places, you get a much better value for the price, but in my opinion, the hotel's performance is very nice with the hotel (Embrace Hotels) and the accommodation is very supportive.

The location outside the garden, fantastic for dinner. The map offers a very large selection of seasonal products such as wildlife, pumpkins and maroons, each with the local designation of origin. Acceptable prices, even for the extensive wine map. Very nice services along the way!

Nice outdoor area, delicious menu

Top is the beautiful garden and the friendly staff at the restaurant. In the hotel and restaurant, you feel more like a sanatorium or a retirement home because of the facilities. The comfort in the room was certainly more in the starry area and the hygiene in the bathroom was not acceptable in any way. The food at the restaurant was rather average, without any special features. But for that, it was relatively expensive. Maybe thanks to slow food. We won't recommend this house anymore. The second point was just because of the beautiful garden.

Once and not again

Due to good Tripadvisor reviews, we checked in for one night at the Hotel Stiftsgut Keysermuehle. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met. At the reception we were told that the room was two floors higher. We had a heavy suitcase and when I told my husband that there was an elevator next door, we were told immediately that it was only for wheelchair users. So we dragged the suitcase upstairs. Because it was raining like bubbles, yes, the hotel did not do anything better for everyone in the room because there was no TV and no minibar, then it was all the more annoying. In the bathroom there were no toiletries and the tiles in the back were in the back room in the NIGH area.

Not recommended

Days in beautiful surroundings, how quickly you disappeared. The house gives security and tranquility. In the pen park under the trees you can easily dream in the summer wind. This place is an oasis where everyone can refuel new energy, so many guests come here all the time. Open and hearted the whole team. So vacation still makes sense today. You want to stay and stay. I will come back for the autumn vacation when the trees adopt a colorful game of colour.

I came from the northwest of Germany!

We were overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff and the excellent delicacies of the kitchen, and I was particularly impressed by the slow food menu with regional offerings and vegetarian dishes.

After our hike, we went back on the terrace.

This place is less a hotel but rather a youth hostel/seminar centre. The rooms are quite spacious but everything lacks personality and atmosphere. Also, the „double bed“ we had in our room was just two narrow single beds put next to each other. Staff members were quite unfriendly - just staring at guests and not say a greeting. The breakfast buffet was all right and comparatively good, though.

Youth-hostel style

There's always something to offer at the Pencil Good restaurant, and it's very good that even disabled people are working here. There's a very nice outdoor area, and it's great to sit outside and enjoy the food today.

Not to sleep but to eat

It's a quiet hotel, centrally located in the heart of the city. Great concept, but no TV in the room. Rooms to the street are quite noisy with the windows open. I had a lot of fruit flies swarming around me in the restaurant and sometimes even in the drink.
