Hotel Kreuter was a wonderful stay for the whole family. Firstly, the room was absolutely perfect. We had two tons, each with two twin beds. This was perfect for a family of 4. The staff were also extremely kind and supportive. We checked in late and needed food as well, but their restaurant closed very soon. They were very helpful, and allowed us to order food and check in easily. Breakfast was also fantastic, and had lots of great options. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Hotel with very kind staff

Just used the restaurant as we were not too pleased with the one in our own hotel. 
Menu is the usual suspects on these place with schnitzel etc.
But the food was really nice at medium price range and the service was great too so it was much better than what we had the night before.

Cosy Restaurant with good German food

A nice, modestly priced lunch option in an area with few lunch options.  Service was slow, though it was not busy, but the food was good.  Patio or indoor dining options; traditional German ambiance and menu.

Lunch on the river

The hotel is very nice. A bit dated but we just had 1 night.
The views are lovely and the breakfast there was the bes I had in all Germany.
We spent the night to do the Moselle / castles day trip. 
I recommend it!

Nice hotel

Quick and easy check-in. The hotel is right next to the river which makes a good walk before or after dinner.
Got a 2-rooms suite on 2/F. Room is clean and bedding is fine. Parking is provided at the back of hotel and WiFi is working. 
Tried both the (optional) dinner and (included) breakfast and both are good.


Nice hotel and restaurant 

A typical German hotel - in many respects not "US style" - which is not a bad thing. We had an excellent room on the 2nd floor with great views over the Mosel river. Restaurant / Bar is in the house. (Not sure why they call themselves a "Weinstube" - their selection of local wines was not great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is reasonably close to the Autobahn A61 - but far enough away to be considered a "motel". 
I definitely would stay there again when i need to a bed to overnight on a longer trip.

Local Style

Large room,and large bathroom.Very good bed.Many comfortable seats.Everything is neat and clean.Great view at the Mosel ans the railway bridge.Breakfast was very good.We have slept very well,despite the railway nearby.It is a little bit oldfashioned,but very well preserved.The personel is very helpfull,even the wife of the owner.It must have a very good restaurant,because every evening the last seat was occupied,by th locals.
