Stayed here May 2018 for one night. I was part of a group of motorcyclists from the UK.
Having looked at the photo’s on Booking.com I have to assume they were taken years ago when the place had been newly decorated. Now it’s a very seedy, shabby rather grotty little place. The host was very pleasant but that did little to improve the overall experience. 
Evening meal was bad verging on hilarious in it’s form and quality. Admittedly we had been told we were being favoured in that the host was prepared to put himself out and cook especially for our group but on reflection perhaps he shouldn’t have bothered. A large tureen of thick gloopy chicken supreme type “stuff” with two equally huge tureens of watery tasteless boiled potato. And another of bland boiled to death carrots & broccoli.
I did see the top of a McDonalds pole sign from my room - despite my revulsion at that brand it would have been a worthy competitor in the culinary stakes. 
If your idea of a good hotel is green and white tiling to floors and walls (a la public toilets), corridors with rumpled threadbare carpet reeking of damp and plaster coming away from the walls, rooms with ageing, creaky spring undersize beds  and towels thinner than your average table napkin then book now to avoid disappointment.

My old school had better decor…..

From Nuremberg (two nights in the Best Western Hotel with excellent breakfast, the night of 75€) we wanted to have our lunch in the Sängerhof. Closed. In addition, we found that the hotel was not even in Königs Winter, but 3.6 km away in Ittenbach. Only at 5pm we were able to check in. We were received in a friendly way, in the guest room (quite comfortable) we paid the 75€ price for the DZ. The guest room was not closed, so we went through the hall (a strange unpleasant smell) to the rooms.

I guess I've been expecting too much.

It's clean, cozy, quiet, the rooms require cosmetics, but we saw that the breakfast was nice (always full), even though it came to an end. The laundry is clean, the room is spacious. The cleaning is normal. The staff is polite, friendly. Free parking. The price/quality ratio, we were satisfied. Thank you for the hospitality.

It's a good hotel!

A pleasant little hotel with great service and delicious food. Despite a business stay, it feels like coming home. The rooms are large and comfortable, the beds comfortable. I never expected you to feel so comfortable here. Price/performance fits perfectly.

We were very kindly and kindly received by the owner and felt very comfortable at the Hotel Sängerhof. We will definitely come back. A great price-performance ratio. Thank you very much. A very good price-performance ratio.

Great, I'd like to recommend it further.

The rooms are the lowest category, poorly renovated, sparsely-priced. The windows (without curtains) could not be properly closed, because of the bright rolls it was not dark at night. The heating at full power was only lawarm. The beds were completely flat. The shower cabin was sloppy in the anchorage because some screws were missing. Early morning with lukewarm, almost hard eggs. The butter, two shades of jelly, honey, a reserve and plum all in plastic packaging.

It's not worth it.

We booked the hotel with a Groupon voucher, but we were unable to travel for a short time because of illness and we were bitterly e-mailed for a postponement. There was no response. We made a new travel schedule by phone. Before we arrived, this booking was canceled with the statement that we should have taken out a private return ticket insurance and now we have lost 130 euros! So better avoid this hotel, because who already has too much money?!
