The room was very nice and facing Mosel. Despite the traffic, no traffic noise was noticeable. The breakfast was rich and well balanced and convinced me completely. The operator is very friendly and helpful and is happy to help with all questions. I would like to emphasize in particular her social commitment to the weaker members of our society for whom she has set up collection boxes in which each of us can make a small donation to allow them to spend Christmas, even animals have not been forgotten much. Unfortunately, you rarely find such a thing in our time. All in all, I can warmly recommend this hotel and the operator once again thank her for making this trip unforgettable.

If we plan to stay in Bernkastel-Kues again, we'll stay at the Hotel Alt-Kues.

A nice hotel with a family atmosphere and very nice and competent staff. Located right on the Moselle and only 15 minutes' walk from the centre.

It's all great!

I stayed here on 30/8/22 everything was very good. The room spacious and very clean, the hostess was lovely and the breakfast really nice. I could not fault it. I would return in the future as I visit Bernkastel Keus frequently on my motorcycle

Great Hotel

My husband and I arrived. We were promptly informed that the coffee and pastries in the entrance area would be offered for free consumption. If we hadn't experienced it before, we found it great. Contact with the owner was super friendly and absolutely nice. Refrigerated drinks can be taken from the refrigerator, accessible to anyone, anytime. Write them down on a block and ready! Humane prices! Then the room. Fully adequate and the mattresses a dream. Rarely in a hotel we slept so well. Then the early buffet arrived. This is always super important for us, because it decides how our day begins. Ultimately, top price, top quality, top quality.

Nice hotel in a quiet location opposite the Moselle about 1km from the city centre, free parking across the street, very clean and well maintained, free food and fruit at the entrance, comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet, charming service.

A short stop by the Moselle

We stayed at the Hotel Alt Cues at the end of July 2020. The reception was very, very friendly. The rooms are very clean. There are enough parking spaces right across the street from a public parking lot. You step out the door and are a few meters away from the mosel. The hotel is at the entrance to the town. But you can easily walk right to the mosel until you get to the old town.

Very good location at the village entrance to walk to Bernkastel. nice rooms and good, free breakfast... in the morning noise, right on the street but good beds and free parking, for a night or two wonderful

The reception was super friendly. The rooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast was very good. The coronation was dinner, it didn't get any better. It tasted good for hours on the tongue. Great, great, great. I discovered this hotel by chance and were excited right away. Always, always again. Right by the moselle, nice to relax. my favorite!!!

Absolutely recommended!!! 100% satisfaction from us and friends

An overnight stay on our way to the ferry in Rotterdam. We usually stay at the Moselblumchen but couldn't get a room. We will certainly use the Alt Cues in future. The room was clean, comfy bed, good shower, free parking and an excellent breakfast. The walk along the riverbank to and from the centre was another plus with the Egyptian geese and barges on the river.

Overnight stay

Hotel well located on the banks of the Moselle with Parking just across the street. Good price/quality. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with countertop. Only bemool: WIFI quality in our room (No. 1 down the hall - perhaps better in the other rooms?) Schöne Lage am Rand der Mosel mit parkplatz gegenüber. Good prices/Leistungsverhältnis. Good Frühstück. Comfortables mit Kaffee und Tee Zubehör. In unserem Zimmer war da WLAN schlecht ( vielleicht weil am Ende des Ganges?)
