I can't understand the 1 star ratings. You can't expect too much for two people for an overnight stay of 88 euros. The accommodation is extremely simple, old furniture is stacked together. The broken interior just stays broken. But it was clean and the location for the exhibition is fine. For one night okay, but no more. The breakfast included was oddly absent. The dining room was packed, but closed and partly used as storage or something. The first phone call around the key was good. A problem with a confusion of rooms was conducted very shamelessly and freely.

It's okay for the price.

When we arrived, we had to wait almost an hour until someone who spoke little German came and gave us the keys. Hygiene was rather poor. Disgustingly old shower curtains, curtain bars half dropped, spiders looking wherever the eye was, silverfish not only in the bathroom but also in the BETT... I don't want to talk about breakfast at all. Little choice, especially the clothes weren't fresh. Unfriendly staff. Horrible.

Scary.

For the visit to CEBIT 2018, I had booked a room at Hahne's guesthouse. A half-hearted and rather unorganized reception. After a short time I noticed that the laundry was occupied with lice (see picture). A ABSOLUTES NO GO! When I tried to report this at night, no one was reachable anymore. Luckily I was able to avoid the extra bed. On my feedback the next morning, the reaction was quite disappointing. An agreement that it was not going to work was all. No apology - no compensation. After all, there was a new room. At the time of the visit, I noticed that my room was locked.

Very unfriendly service - dirty rooms - bedding including lice

Old, renovated farmhouse body with bad taste. No hot water during the day... this is not acceptable. Large clean room but different furniture and other age. 55 euros a night with breakfast is not reasonable at all. The owner enjoys its proximity to the exhibition park. I do not recommend this establishment, I am found there by chance following an unplanned trip.

The location for the exhibition is optimal, unfortunately leaving the owner's kindness to be desired after we have shown him the flaws and uncleanness of the room.

Price/performance is completely indisputable. Discount is still flattering. Discounted during the fair for a miserable room. Closet floor plate torn, not a single dress rack; table plate broken, ceiling lamp defective; no work area available; only the service staff and breakfast were ok.

Never again

I am currently very often in hotels (for professional reasons), however, this descent has not been properly cleaned for months. In my room of about 12 m2 size, I was accommodated with my two colleagues in the guest house, which is located away from the main building. The first impression was already very strange, since the single doors (in all three rooms) were completely locked. My doors could only be opened and closed by force. The rooms certainly had not been properly cleaned for months. In my room of about 12 m2 size, I counted 8 living spiders without really looking for them forever. On the floor were several other insects. The two small dead floors on the totally broken wooden floor were completely locked (in the back of the basement of the three stones) but the entire floor was completely decomposed (in the back of the basement of the building).

Absolute pride and self-esteem

I travel a lot and have a lot of experience.I stayed at this hotel in July 2016, booked for breakfast. When I arrived, my greeting was not answered by Mr. Hahne, but instead I don't have time! A very friendly employee (from the office!) then accepted mine. First of all: pay. On my question about breakfast time: But you know that there is no breakfast here at the moment. No, I didn't know! I was finally booked and now I'm getting paid! The very kind employee promised to make a commitment and get me something to eat in the morning! Now to the room: The first dedicated guesthouse!

Service, Kindness and Basics of Happiness

We booked this hotel on the internet providing credit card details, non-refundable booking, and as soon as we arrived at the place they told us that they only and exclusively accepted cash payment to be made taxatically the day before departure. Wi-Fi is paid but only takes in the common areas and not in the room and is very slow. The rooms are clean enough in the bathroom there is the phon and only liquid soap is provided to wash your hands. Breakfast is discreet, no sweets are offered and it is convenient to arrive early otherwise there is very little left as there is no replacement of what is consumed by the customers. I recommend this hotel because very much and especially for the large escort of the property besides the uncomfortable location, far from the fair and the connection is made via a tram that passes about 2.5 km/metro every 20 minutes.
