The hotel is in the middle of a well-maintained countryside and has a large parking lot. The staff is very kind and available. The room, very clean and well furnished, accessible by elevator, had a table with potatoes and nuts. The dinner was very good, even too plentiful.

Nice environment

Before. - I was completely enthusiastic about this restaurant when I went to dinner with my 91-year-old mother there for the first time in February. I couldn't be more enthusiastic so I booked my 70th birthday in October 2020 for a big Falmilia celebration. Then came the absolute shock: in July I invited my mother to dinner again (Corona says hello) in order to check again with caution whether there is continuity in the culinary arts and I could invite my relatives from all countries to this meal. Well, it was an absolute disaster.

Hotel idyllically suited to the region. The restaurant is fun. You bet on regional products at very high levels. If we didn't have a recommendation, we wouldn't be here. A visit to the restaurant is worth it.

Very nice.

We stayed for one night. It's in the middle of the fields and you can see all the small animals that feed. The receptionists are very kind. A thousand cats are running around the farm and for me it's a pro. The room is decent but it's the part that I least liked, a little old, not very pleasant smell, a single bathtub between the shower and the sink. And finally the door had the lock that worked badly so we could never close the room.

Good with some flaws

We had booked the romantic night again after a few years. It was great as always. Beautiful room (not quite fresh anymore), with pretty decoration. Super friendly service from the reception to the restaurant staff and an excellent, delicious menu in the evening and delicious breakfast buffet the next morning. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back. The lower mill is always worth a visit! It is a well-run small family hotel.

A very beautiful romantic night in the Lower Mill

For my life partner's birthday gift...it should be something very special, so I chose the theme room Kornstadl...for a price increase for us a very ordinary hotel room, the silk flowers on the bed do not justify this price increase for us in any way. The room...dark, displaced, even our dog did not feel comfortable for some reason. The view...very romantic...they mentioned neither garbage bags, shopping carts and wrapped decoration items.

It's a romantic night. Disaster.

We spent the weekend in this beautiful hotel, that the food, the staff, the room were perfect, we slept beautifully, the breakfast buffet was big and abundant, and we would like to continue recommending this beautiful house.

A good stay

This property is still a working farm, so it has plenty of character. The restaurant is large and well-run, and the hotel, while much smaller, is clean and comfortable, but not luxurious. The restaurant cooks local specialities (very good on local asparagus in June !) and a range of typical Bavarian dishes. There are nice outside seating areas in the summer, and cosy rooms indoors. It is often very busy, so you can be sure it is good value. The staff were so helpful to us, using English as much as possible, and nothing was too much trouble.

Homely and quiet, very kind staff.

A very nice and cozy hotel. The rooms have always been very clean up until now and the restaurant serves really good food. The breakfast offer can also be quite convincing. Parking is also available.

I 'd like to go back

We were there spontaneously for lunch today (01.05.) and we got a place despite the house being full. It was really a lot going on, but we were served very conveniently and incredibly quickly. We had a saucepan, a cream soup, a salad with corn chicken and a pork net with mushroom frame and cheese spices (on the card there is actually a toast, but the change was made without any problems and without any expense). Our food came very quickly and without much hassle: everything was delicious! We paid a total of €45.50 (without the very high price we paid for a drink). In between we were always asked if everything was legal or if it was a gift (there is actually a toast on the card, but the change was made without any problems and without any expense).
