The hotel repeatedly offered us a very good room at a reasonable price, it happened to be the same room that we had already received for the first time in the spring of 2017. Small kitchen inclusive, which we did not use due to an overnight stay. The rooms were spacious, all around very satisfying to us. The location is good, very quiet - easy to reach the city in a few minutes on foot. We really enjoyed the booked breakfast, we were very pleased with the rest of the preparation. Please come, no objections.

Repeated super apartment with a well-being effect

We stayed with friends for a concert at the Lingen Apparthouse and were very pleasantly surprised by the price-performance ratio. The rooms are very spacious, bed and bedding are flawless, there is even a small kitchen and this at a great price! The staff is super friendly!!!

Great accommodation - really to recommend!!!

This apartment is just totally comfortable, very clean and has a perfect location. It's a mix of a hotel and an apartment and you just have everything you need. The rooms have a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven and stoves. Also the bed is very comfortable and partly the rooms are equipped with a box spring bed. The rooms are not bright and you spend quiet and relaxing days and nights here. When I'm in it's 10 minutes walk to Lidl and 15 minutes to the city center. Simple! When I'm on a business trip in Lingen, the apartment is my first address and I can only recommend it to anyone.

The hotel offered us a good room at a reasonable price, even a small kitchen included in it, which we unfortunately did not use due to a night's sleep. The rooms were spacious, unfortunately there were criticisms at the mattresses. The location is good, very quiet - easy to reach the city in a few minutes on foot.

It's a quiet apartment with a sense of well-being.

After the experience in this facility, I advise you to avoid it. We book two pairs with parquet and we receive rooms with dirty carpets, spiders on the walls and a room set up for one person instead of two and the reception closed.

Unqualified

We stayed in this apartment house with our two german shepherds to visit BSP-2015 in Meppen. Lingen is located not far from there. We booked two apartments and they were convenient enough for us and our dogs. There is a free parking in the yard. We explored the centre of the city and had a nice walk along the channel. You will also find the Terrasa restaurant nearby.

Convenient enough

The hotel offers good rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and there were no points of criticism except for the mattresses. The location is good and especially with the free bicycles, everything in Lingen is quickly accessible. We were satisfied with the stay and would love to come back.

Nice weekend in Emsland

The hotel is a little out of town, but Navi's not a problem, you 'll be greeted by a very nice lady, and you 'll get the key to the door, in the room, a kitchen, including refrigerator and kitchenette, bed and bathroom are also okay, and you 'll have a big TV in the room.

Very very pleasant

For the price of a simple hotel room, Apparthouse offers a complete apartment, including daily cleaning. Having some issues to deal with in the environs, it offered for us the perfect base of operations, yet close enough to the city center of Lingen (700m).

Comfortable and spacious

We had an apartment on the top floor which was spacious and sunny, the few items of dated furniture felt out of place in the large space. Once the door was closed it was delightfully quiet and the kitchen had just enough resources to cook a meal for 2. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but good value and we only saw a staff member when we paid on our way out. Not a hotel by any means but good value for self contained accommodation.

Free wifi was provided and we had no problems with the english communications in booking and paying for the room.
