We stayed here with a group of people for 2 nights. The place is beautifully situated next to an corn field which was cool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shared rooms were spacious with big flat screen TVs. Everything was nice and clean. We also used the common room which had kitchen and space for over 15 people for Breakfast and Dinner. Also there was an outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ, we grilled here sausages and steaks.

This hotel is an good place to stay for any type of trip(business,friendly,couples etc).The staff here are excellently co-operative,especially Frank.
The rooms were always clean.
There are private roooms with kitchen and without kitchen to choose for our comfort.
non-kitchen rooms people can use common kitchen.
The view from the balcony will be mesmerizing,you can daily enjoy the sunset view from your room.
Apart from that each room is occupied with a 60"Smart TV with direct connection to internet.
The internet speed is really Good.
There are parks,shops and restaurants in a walkable distance.
Frank was always helpful whenever we went to him also he speak good english.
Also he gives  good rooms at bargainable decent price.
The hotel is occupied with all latest furnitures.
Whenever we stop by this place in the future we will surely stay here.

Excellent Place with all the Comforts

I stayed here for 3 months and it was excellent place to stay close to Lippstadt with Pleasant feel of nature and outdoor , pleople here are friendly and service was great ,specially internet was great .looking forward to visit again.

I have stayed here for three months. It was very calm and nice place to stay.
Persons here are very friendly and especially Frank is Kind hearted person.Hope you will have a pleasant and nice time here.

A Memorable and a pleasant place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay in a very quiet Spa town just outside of Lipstadt.

We booked 8 rooms for an overnight stay during a motorcycle tour of Germany and could not have been more happy.

The rooms are excellent, with TV, shower and some have balconies and kitchenette's. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and are very clean with clean linen. All our dealings were with Frank, who speaks perfect english and he secured our bikes away in his barn overnight, and arranged a discount at a local restaraunt for our night in town.

Breakfast was a continental breakfast, plenty of fresh bread, meats, cheese and a great selection of cereal. Coffee and juice was in plentiful supply also.

All in all, we were well catered for, found the owners friendly and extremely helpfull and it offered excellent accomodation at a bargain price, we will definatley stop there again en route to next years trip
