This is a clean safe pitstop.Good  staff .If you do not mind basic then this is an inexpensive esy of 'doing Heidelberg' bus around the corner....There are a few  places to grab a bite but Google is your friend here.These hotels are aimed at work crews etc...

Pit stop

The motel is located in a commercial area about 1 km walking distance from the S-Bahn station. The SAP Arena is then reached in 8 minutes. Top connection so. The price for a room (2 people) is unbeatable at 36.90. However, you have to buy the following at the motel: - Shower and toilet on the hallway and very very dirty> bathtubs must be taken with you!!! -> except for the bed, the cleanliness of the room is deficient Nevertheless the motel is okay for one night. PS: The bed was very comfortable.

Suitable for a visit to SAP Arena

Very nice friendly and helpful staff. The room was adequate and clean. Unfortunately, the shower and toilet were on the hallway. There were some guests who did not abide by the smoking ban. Some guests did not even abide by the cleanliness. Faucets at the toilets could possibly be replaced, as they were very calcified. Breakfast was sufficient. Very good connection to the highway. They were there because of an event in the Maimarkthall.

At the price, sufficient

We booked 3 nights via your platform to the M24 motel Mannheim. Though our reservation lasted from the 28th october to the 31st october, we had to check out from the motel yesterday.

The reason of it was that the motel was far away from the European standards. The "french" bed was a bigger but single bed, we could not sleep, it was far not enough for 2 persons. The wall was dirty, the television did not work, the floor smelled from the mix of cigarettes and urine. The blind of the window was wrong also, it was very hard to pull it down.

The shower was a plastic box without a shower head, we could not use it. The whole "shower" was totally disgusting with a moldy ceiling and a rusty mirror inside...

After one terrible night we asked the receptionist for our money and we tried to check out. 

We know that we booked a non refundable price in your platform, but we had a will to spend there 3 nights - until we faced with the terrible circumstances there. The recepcionist told us to come back in the afternoon to talk with the boss.

We have important meetings in these 3 days, but the yesterday we spent with stressing and hurrying back to the motel to get our money for the 2 remained nights back. 

The boss was totally refusing, he told, that it is non refundable price, so he is sorry, we will not get our money back. I told him that we had to make another reservation for the another 2 nights in a normal hotel, because in his motel we could not wash our hair, take a shower or have a sleep in the single bed. I asked him to find a solution but he refused everything. It is unbelievable that an owner can behave like this with the guests.

I asked him to give us a paper that we checked out from the motel, but he refused these also. 

Now I paid 3 nights at these tourist-trap fake motel and had to pay for 2 of these nights in another (correct) hotel also. 

It made a significant deficit in our budget and demolished our first day during a 3 days stay in Mannheim. 

If you have not more than 33-40 Euros/night to stay in a hotel, you would be better to have a look at the sites of private accomodation. Avoid this motel, it is not recommended. It is much more worse than cheap.

A terrible motel with a rusty-moldy  shower box - tourist trap

We spent a night passing through this motel. It's in the middle of an industrial area and is frequented by mountaineers and other passers-by. The rooms are youth hostel standard, which is not to be expected at the price. Shower and toilet are easy-to-clean industrial standard and serve their purpose. The staff were friendly. My recommendation: not suitable for families but ideal for travelers who need to pay attention to their budget and need a bed.

Pricey accommodation in the industrial area

An old motel with toilet and shower on the hallway. You don't expect a five-star hotel at the price, but the arrival is depressing. In the middle of the industrial area is a concrete building with car wrecks and unattended outdoor facilities. Then there are the East Europeans who are little confident. When you enter the reception hall you think you're in the JVA, the reception was decayed and the drinks and snacks are also. The rooms are very bad and it looks morbid. Here definitely is no color. The sanitary facilities on the hallway are not very well maintained and it smells wet. The breakfast in the morning consists of a small loaf of bread, and coffee, but a little extra cheese and butter, but it's a good night for the hotel.

More than limit value

Great price for how close it is to Mannheim. Situated just off an industrial estate so quiet as anything at night. €59 for a double room. Shared toilets etc all very clean. Suited our needs perfectly.

Great for what it is

Firstly, the unmanned check in machine is awful and didn’t recognise our booking. Then the woman on the front desk when we checked in was rude. We had made a mistake with our booking due to the horrendously bad description on booking.com but before we could even try to work it out, she was ready to cancel our booking and kick us out (5 of us over two rooms isn’t allowed, even though there’s a double bed and single bunk in each room. The bunk is “just for kids”, apparently). Eventually she stopped being rude for long enough for me to say one of us will sleep in the van (we’re a touring band). Thankfully, the young guy on reception was nice and apologised. 

Other than that, it’s a hostel with shared WC & showers on each floor. It’s clean enough but the beds are uncomfortable. IBIS budget for us next time!

Also, despite the name, it isn’t a 24 hour motel. Good luck checking in after 10pm 😂

Clean rooms, rude staff 

We stayed here to go to the timewarp. this motel is 10 minutes by taxi from the festival and 20 minutes from downtown... assuming that each motel/Mannheim downtown ride costs 25 euros, so if you think you can save on sleeping, you're definitely not going to save on the ride. overall I found it comfortable and quiet.

Perfect for timewarp.

2 mins off the highway, with a parking lot ( open space not seperated by a gate) Rooms are clean, but only with a sink ( no toilette nor ahower)
There are 2-2 toilettes per floor (man/woman) and 3/3 showers.
