We recently stayed at the Hotel Falken in Memmingen, Germany to start our Christmas holiday. Although the reception desk isn’t available at night we didn’t care. Our key gave us access and was very secure. Check in was easy, the room was large and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. The breakfast did not have many “warm” selections but offered a huge selection of fruit, cheeses, meats, salmon, breads, cereals, and more. It was beautifully presented, kept full, and was enjoyable. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

A feather in the cap of Bavarian hoteliers

The hotel is located very centrally in Memmingen. The shops are within walking distance, the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet meets expectations. Thanks to a low-floor garage, you also don't have to worry about a parking space.

Central and south

I've stayed at this hotel several times and always have a very well-maintained and beautiful room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a low-floor garage with plenty of seating in the house. There are also several public parking spaces in front of the hotel. Great central location. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection.

Friendly staff and well-maintained rooms

Very centrally located and valuable hotel. The reception was friendly and we were immediately offered information about the city. The room layout is very good, only a safe was missing. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly extensive and it was always followed up. We could park nearby free of charge.

Beautiful and centrally located hotel

We stayed 3 nights... from April 1 to 4 in a premium/superior double room.. number 116. Hotel with perfect location, competent staff and extremely kind. Excellent cleanliness, breakfast in standard. Accommodation above expectations. Very large, comfortable room. Very spacious bathroom, tub and very large shower. A note to highlight: the staff... extremely competent and of a unique kindness.

Excellent staff. Great location.

We stayed here for one night on a trip to South Tyrol. The hotel is right in the center of the beautiful historic town. It offers convenient parking, pleasant modern rooms and a great breakfast. The staff is very helpful.

Very nice hotel in the historic center

Everything really comfortable. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, super-showered bathroom. Very friendly and professional reception staff. Very fast check-in/out. Great breakfast. Central location and 4 minutes walk from the Market Square. Super recommended.

I think that we should all be aware of this.

If the few parking spaces are occupied and the hotel's own garage is not accessible (as during our stay), we should park in the side street directly in front of the garage to unload the luggage in the special area. Afterwards, we recommend that we drive to the railway station parking lot on the other side of the pedestrian zone within 7-8 minutes, and that we park at the hotel's special rate. The hotel always has a very friendly and unpretentious staff who are very pleased to help us. The outdoor area on the first floor of the hotel is very convenient compared to the outdoor spaces on the other side of the building.

Highly recommended central accommodation

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Italy and couldn’t fault it. Our room was very spacious (room 403), spotlessly clean with good facilities. The hotel is in a good central location for walking around the town. Will stay here again.
