A small family hotel nearby, known as the European archaeological site of the same name. A small, quiet room with a balcony, accessible by elevator. As is often the case in Germany, a couch per bed, which is not the most convenient way to get around in the heat. A bathroom with bathroom and shower. A fabulous restaurant with a large selection of dishes at low prices. A full lunch.

Good move.

On the road with the racing bike. Good food. Good sleep, good shower and very friendly people. Bicycle fans. You don't need more. Location very close to the bike path. So: Everything fine, friendly and well eaten.

Very nice greeting. It's quick to check in. Then through the bright clean hallways to the room. Everything looks like new. The room is very spacious, with a huge bathtub around the corner. plenty of room in the closet, lots of different lights and a balcony. Everything top clean. A wonderful beautiful area. Very much to recommend.

It's good to be back.

The interior has been decorated over the years: quiet lattenrust, heavy-duty, sprayed bathing surfaces, the heating did not work in some rooms, wavy bed lamp. The first room offered on the attic (No. 45) is an attribution: narrow and dark, the attic window without working dimming towards the main street, clogged syphon in the bathroom. The rooms on the north side (with a small balcony) are normal size and are acceptable.

Specialized for large (motorcycle) groups

For a motorcycle tour through the Vogesen, I was looking for a nearby hotel, which should still be on the German side. So I booked the hotel first in writing, then called again. A week before I would ask again if I still want the room. When we arrived, you could park the motorcycle in the parking lot in front of the hotel, first impression, I was not quite as new, even as we entered, rather older and quite used up furniture when we got to the rooms, which looked like, let's see what I showed them, rather not planned, buddy and I were distributed on two floors.

Motorcycle tour

We stayed here in September for a long weekend motorcycling. We booked 3 nights including breakfast and dinner. The service, food and accommodation is very nice. Super friendly staff, we will come back again for another long weekend.
Close to nice routes in the Vosges and in Saar-land.

Just outside the border with France is the hotel. Brilliant days have unfortunately long since passed in the hotel. As someone here has already described; the hotel is inhabited and needs both exterior and interior modernization. As soon as you enter it receives a smell of old fat, from the kitchen. The reception was supplied with things. In the basement there is also a sauna that I discovered by chance. It was not in operation and was supplied with wine cases. My room was so la-la. The lighting was very weak only a weak spark on the ceiling. You have to work on the cleaning (see standby service). Breakfast was my colleague. I think and I were the only guests away.

Modernisation is needed

This small hotel is located in the middle of some great motorcycle and bicycle roads.  It has a nice restaurant and a good selection of wines.  Covered parking (pay) or parking in front of the hotel (free) is available.  It is a family run business and is recommended in the German Tourenfaher biker friendly listing.  Four of us stayed here for one night and we very satisfied.

wow !!! amazingly cheap in a lovely quiet little town in the middle of nowhere family run, good rooms & restaurant we ate outside on the porch , dinner bed & breakfast 137 euros, and the real special treat is the basement !!!! a well designed fitness centre totally not expected & beautiflly done & decorated, car parking free, wife speaks English, they run a small shop adjacent to hotel too

Travelled here with my brother to do some genealogy research. The village Wolfersheim nearby was our target, but had no hotel. The Hotel Bliesbrueck ended up being perfect, and with delicious food! Some rooms are very small, so make sure you ask for a room with two beds to get a bit more space.
