We were staying at the hotel Münnich for 4 nights in May 2023 with our 3 dogs. We had contacted the hotel in advanced to check whether dogs were allowed. No problem. When we checked in, it turned to be true. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, was extremely friendly. 
The room was standard size. Our dogs, one small and 2 bigger sized ones, had enough space in the room to sleep on the floor.
The hotel is located right next to a small forest with a great walking path. There we also met local dog owners who were walking their dogs. It couldn't be better.
The big surprise was that dogs were even allowed in one of the breakfast rooms. 
There is one room where the actual breakfast buffet is set up. The breakfast included a variety of juices, rolls, bread, eggs, cheese, salami, cold cuts, jelly, cucumber and tomato as well as a well as variety of cereal. We found everything we liked and it was sufficient. 
The breakfast room across from the reception desk is the one where you can take your dog. The dog can not go with you to the buffet but the dog can join you for the actual meal. We took turns going to the buffet so one of us stayed with the dogs.

The rooms were clean, spacious, had a bathroom with a stand up shower stall, no bath tub, a chair, a flat screen tv and a small fridge. The bed was comfortable. 
The hotel is in a quiet area. 
You can walk through the forest to the main street (5 minute walk) where you find shops, restaurants and the bus stop.
The hotel also has its own restaurant. 
There was an elevator so you could access the hotel and the room with a wheelchair without any steps in the way.
We booked directly with the hotel because we had inquired about staying with 3 dogs and it would have felt awkward to book through a service afterwards. 
Checking prices on the internet we found out that we paid the same booking directly with the hotel.

Great place if you travel with dogs

We were with a large group at the Munich Hotel. It was great. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would go back anytime.

Riding of the country women

Very nice people. The hotel has a good-natured restaurant with fresh food, good beer and wine. The price-performance ratio is positive. There are evening music events. On special requests, such as a breakfast before the start of breakfast time in the hotel, creativity is positive.

Close to the centre with good restaurant and price-performance.

A good 3-star mid-range hotel on the outskirts of Münster in a quiet location. It is then about 4 km to the city centre. The rooms are sufficiently large and appropriately furnished. Good parking facilities for bicycles are available. Free parking space for cars is available. The staff is friendly and the check-in/checkout runs quickly and smoothly. The breakfast offer is still air up. The quality of the food in the restaurant area is very good. The card is not very large, but it is well cooked.

Good mid-range hotel - ideal for cyclists

Our room in a modern building was very spacious and comfortable, very good bed. The person had the reception waiting for our late arrival (thank you very much) and we were able to enjoy very good beers at the bar. Lunch outside on the terrace is very nice. An elevator is very much appreciated when you have a stroller to ride.

Calm and Comfortable

This was my first visit to the hotel during the Corona crisis. It's all very special and I admire all the hoteliers and guests who face the challenge. The hotel is located a little outside in the green, not far from the canal. It's very quiet. The rooms are beautiful and also large enough. I was at the restaurant in the evening, the asparagus offered was very tasty. The service is very friendly and so the 5 stars are deserved!

Very nice and cozy

Great food, great menu of the hotel restaurant with a hearty service for special requests are no problem. Clean large double room with beautiful views of a well-maintained area. Exquisite breakfast and everything at a very fair, reasonable price. We'd love to come back. Thank you for two nice nights.

Sample trip

We were visiting friends in Muenster for a borthday party, and this hotel was ideally located being near to their apartment. But the other good thing about its location is that within a few minutes walk you are in beautiful woodland and you can also walk along the canal. There is no traffic noise and it is perfcetly tranquil.

The rooms are unpretentious with a good sized bathroom, a very comfortable bed and adequate if not particularly graceful furniture. Our room had a balcony although as it faced the car park the view was not wonderful, although we could check on our car very easily!

The bar was excellent, as was the breakfast. The staff worked very hard to keep the food flowing and all my dealings with the hotel were pleasant and efficient. The hotel doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is - a solid 3 star hotel with good facilities in a pleasant location. It does exactly what you want it to do without formality or fuss. I was able to book it without having to hand over my credit card details and checked in so easily it took my breath away. No need to swioe my card, sign my life away or hand over passports. They believed I was who I said I was and that was enough. No, it's not glamorous but I would trade a relaxed and friendly approach for glamour any day. If there is a downside it is that to get to the centre you have to take a bus or taxi, but if we had been staying longer we would have rented a bicycle as it is only 7 or 8 km to the centre. I would certainly stay there again

Perfectly good hotel at a reasonable price in a woodland location

The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are decorated in an average way. The breakfast is plentiful. Parking is free in front of the house. Good middle class hotel. Very family atmosphere.

Good middle class hotel

a very well run establishment. staff always willing to help and very friendly. great location for peace and quiet and just a small walk away to the main routes for Muenster. a great stay. Would gladly stay there again.
