As a frequent traveler and a person who has stayed all over the world in all types of hotels, I can say that the Rosewood in Munich is by far the best hotel I have stayed at. Customer service and attention to detail are really where Rosewood stands out above the rest. Let me give you an example. At check-in, I was reading a book, I wear glasses, and they are eternally smudged. After having left to tour the city, a team member came to our room, he or she not only did my turndown service but left me a new leather book marker for the new book I had purchased at the airport, which I had already started to dog ear the pages, and a cleaning cloth for my glasses. This may not seem like much, but for me, it showed an attention to not only me at check in, but my needs without even having to ask. The leather cord keeper that was now around my charging cable was also a nice touch. I should mention that the food at the restaurant was amazing and tailored to my likes each morning, and there is a lovely continental buffet for those who want to be quick. I do recommend a lovely leisurely breakfast though if you have the time. The service was professional, warm, and welcoming each day. The spa and pool area are lovely and relaxing with a wet and dry sauna for you to enjoy. My room is a Jr Suite and is styled for comfort and luxury, and it feels enormous considering most rooms in Europe tend to be on the smaller side. This one is lovely. My only bad thing is... I have to leave.
