Due to the crowded times (end of september / Oktoberfest) I changed my regular venue in the city centre to the Business Suiten in Schwabing. The apartments are very modern and well kept. I found it very clean and impeccable. Nice kitchen with all necessities, beautiful bathroom with bath and shower. Although I work in the city centre the trip with the U2 is convenient and it is a 10-15 minutes walk to the apartment (which can even be shortened by taking tram/bus). But I liked it to have a small walk. For me clearly a recommendation, I have booked my next stay already.
