This is a lovely small hotel right in the heart of Munich. For the Staatsoper it's the ideal location (maybe 3 minutes walk!) and not much further for Marienplatz ( maybe a slow 10 minutes). The management is friendly but discrete; the staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast excellent. There's also an Italian restaurant in the evening. This is not haute cuisine but it is good and useful indeed if you've had a tiring day. Rooms are extremely clean and bathrooms not too small. Strongly recommended!
