We had the most brilliant time at Hotel Opera! It is such a friendly hotel with excellent service. The breakfast is so delicious, the candle in the middle of the table is a nice touch. There is a restaurant on the same street that I believe is owned/ partnered with the hotel which we went to on our first and last night, the food was so tasty (also a very cute cat hangs around)! Along with this, there is a 24 hour bar that can be delivered up to your room which is a good idea. We would like the specially mention Benedict who works on reception (and also breakfast it seems). He was there throughout our whole stay. We arrived late and our first interaction was with him and he said ‘welcome to our beautiful boutique hotel’, it was a very nice first impression. He is definitely an asset to your team. There was also a tall younger man and a young girl with brown hair who worked at breakfast who were very efficient. Everyone we met in the hotel from cleaners, waiters to receptionists were professional and polite. We definitely will return in the future, thank you for a pleasant stay!
