In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that on Mondays and Fridays, check-in is only from 15:00 to 17:00. Guests planning on arriving outside check-in hours should contact the property in advance to get a key code. Guests checking in with a key code must pay in full in advance. Bed linen and towels are exchanged once a week. Cleaning within the week is possible for an extra charge. Free parking is only available in the public parking area in front of the property building.
