The reception is outside the hotel, as you are responsible for 4 hotels. We were welcomed, the garage costs extra but it is worth every cent, we still had bicycles with us, there was also a garage here, even free, there were also refrigerators for drinks at the reception, here you could use as a guest for free, water, lime, beer. The hotel does not look very special from the outside, but the room is beautiful with new TV and bathroom, refrigerator, coffee machine, pads and sugar and also air conditioning. We had booked breakfast for it, here you could have everything your heart desires.

We 'll book the hotel again.

I was there 2 time.
For the first time I spent 3 weeks here an the second time I spent 
 2 weeks.
The room was clean. The internet connection was okay.
My favorite was the breakfast it was perfect! :D

My favorite

Not only were the promised free drinks (water, lime, beer) available in 3 refrigerators centrally (in the basement), but also a coffee pad machine with pads in the room. I can't confirm the clarity (location to the railway line) claimed by some negative critics! Everything picobello clean! To the criticized 80s furniture standard: I did NOT want a design hotel! The main thing is in shot! I just returned from my original stay and I'm sure to be happy to come back!

Very satisfied - re-booking is threatened!

I am writing this review at 2:42 AM in the morning, as I literally cannot sleep due to the noise coming from behind the walls or the ceiling on the third floor (room 313-316 area). During my first and second night you could hear a constant buzzing sound, but today it is just the whole new level. Its like there is some kind of an engine behind the walls that produces a very repetitive, annoying rotation sound. The reception is not working and I cannot get hold of them. Had this happened in the summer, I would have left already, but considering it is winter and I have a drive to Munich ahead of me, I am really desperately hoping on getting some rest prior to that. 
In addition, information I received from my colleagues from lower floors: the rooms are tiny, old, sometimes with a weird smell. One colleague had to change the hotel at the very first night. 
The breakfast does not make things better. The food does not look appealing.

The post office is fine as a hotel. I visited it as part of a business trip. The rooms stayed in the 70s, but were clean and had both a very large TV and a (also very large) refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. The breakfast was surprisingly good, although the ambience was also more retro, good quality, fresh fresh and delicious coffee. For an overnight stay during a business trip, absolutely OK.

A night in Neckarsulm

We booked the hotel for a car rental in the Audi factory. It's enough for that... if you want to stay for a short night. The hotel is furnished and everything else in the style of the 70s. Whoever likes it will have their pleasure here. Whoever is standing on a wooden board on the ceiling of the room...okay. It's no use if there are free drinks for the guests in the basement. The hotel is probably more designed for hikers. But... it's clean. No question!!! Whoever needs a little outlet food tip in the evening: go to the brewery.

70's flair coming to life

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was tiny, brown carpeted, the bathroom with 50 years of refurbishment... the water in the shower didn't run out... although there was a small climate column in the room, the room was still about 30 degrees. It was hard to think about sleeping... what to do with the technical equipment (flat TV, micro, water boiler and giant refrigerator)?

The hotel rooms are very clean. The beds are very good. For the old one everything is fine. The old one is replaced by the new one. The TV is huge. Breakfast was fine. As a warm food only a cooked egg is very little. Otherwise everything is fresh and delicious. Bad but - elevator is not good - that was very annoying. On the day of departure we had an appointment with Audi at 8:00... a hotel guest sat in the middle of the small hotel parking lot. The hotel staff could not get to the guest in 40 minutes to clean it up.

Clean but organisational shortcomings

I stayed in Neckarsulm for the first time ever and on business.  The Post Hotel is a short walk from the main station and also to the town centre.  The new owners are renovating the hotel and the restaurant is not open at present.  The room I was in was small but renovated in a Bavarian style with a large fridge and cutlery and microwave for self catering.  Beer and soft drinks were available free of charge.  Breakfast was continental but there was plenty of choice.

Excellent value hotel close to Neckarsulm main station and town centre

The hotel is from what I guess the early seventies and has not been renovated since then.
My room was smoke free but that clearly has not always been the case. It was muffy.
The restaurant serves basic food of moderate quality.
