A very slow sevice with unfriendly people. When I tried to say something after waiting more than an hour they got angry. The food was overcooked and not fresh. I understand there were few customers. My suggestion would be to be more customer oriented.

Worst restaurant since a long time

Aside from a slightly rough check-in, this was an amazing hotel. Great ground, kept spotless and AMAZING Breakfast!  They smoke a variety of meets and samon, have variety of cheeses, eggs, juices, coffees and teas. 

They also have a restaurant on site.

Depending on which building your room is in, you may have a hard time getting into the building after hours.

The grounds also has a beautiful garden and kids play area. 

Amazing hotel & breakfast

We went to a family wedding here- had the place to ourselves for our group -  and from the outset I was impressed.  We had an evening meal which was stunning and served by expert staff who were highly effective but not intrusive at all.  They were able to cope with the large numbers of guests in multiple rooms.  There was a great space for dancing and the live band.  The gardens are lovely, with lots of varied outdoor seating and a pizza oven which snacks were served from.  The room we had was more a suite of rooms - slightly dated wooden decor (I see this a lot in Germany) but a fantastic bathroom with whirlpool bath and jet type shower.  Breakfast was good too.  So in summary a lovely place to be entertained at with excellent service.  The kitchen produces wonderful food and our massive suite of rooms was very reasonably priced.  We had a wonderful time there.

Brilliant place for a wedding celebration

A very nice hotel that gives you the feeling of being home. Good and spacious room, with a bath. The restaurant has super food and wine. It is worth the distance from the town (Neunkirchen). Only pity you is the closed restaurant on Mondays. 
What do you need more? 

Like coming home.

I stay in this hotel for a minute I really like that it right off the autobahn and there a park that next to the hotel. It does have a play ground for the kids. If you get hurt there is a hospital only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The bathrooms are nice and there rooms would put an American three star hotel to shame. The bed is to low for me but it fine. You have to enter the ground with your cardkey. They have a lot of cameras on the grounds. the parking is a little confusing. The breakfast in the morning is great. I would really come back to the hotel. I'm actually book my next hotel for next week. Hope to see you there.

Germanize Hotel

This hotel is modern, lacks a bit of atmosphere and is expensive but actually there was nothing much wrong with it and the food was great. Very close to the motorway. Very, very soft beds (very unhealthy) and noisy beds.

Actually very good

Because I arrived at night and via the less impressive entrance it wasn't obvious how nice a place it is from outside. Once inside though I was met by friendly staff and clean surroundings. It wasn't trying to be something it couldn't be and that was what I liked about it. My room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a mini-bar. The ensuite was very good and the bed comfortable.
But then it came to the restaurant....................
Herr Wogerbauer can really prepare good food and to a standard worthy of any Michelin Star in my opinion. I had an appetiser, soup, hors d'ouevres, palette cleansing sorbet and my main of deer in guinea fowl wrapped in bacon (speckmantel) served with some vegatables, sauce and some interesting little brioches has to be one of the best meals I've had in my life so far.
Breakfast was more traditionally German but that was no issue after the meal I had had the night before.
When my taxi arrived and the driver had little English comprehension again Herr Wogerbauer did the honours and directed him to where I needed to go.
