This B&B is located a few minutes' drive from the beautiful center of Rothenburg and certainly although not in the center it spends much less. It is not easy to find it even with the navigator, a sign / sign along the road would not be bad. Small but enough parking, the management is entrusted to a nice gentleman who does not speak English though: you can still make it understand, we have no problem. The room is actually an apartment that is located on the first floor; large clean and comfortable with a nice ground on the green.

This rural B&B is located a few kilometres away from the world renowned Rothenburg ob der Tauber, making it convenient when traveling by car. The fact that it's not within Rothenburg itself makes it cheaper than other alternatives.

The rooms are big and spacious, with tiny bathroos in contrast, all furnished with a nice mix of modern and traditional style.

Breakfast is good and with a nice assortment of food and beverages. There is a big front lawn which is also used as guest parking space. 

The owner is friendly and helpful. Only negative note: he wasn't wearing a mask inside and it looked like there wasn't much of an effort to follow Covid regulations.

Overall a good and modest option, when traveling on a budget.

Affordable option not too far from Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Bad and breakfast in the countryside, an excellent affordable solution near Rothenburg, very kind owner, very clean and comfortable room, animals allowed but an extra payment of a few euros required, good and abundant breakfast.

Quiet and comfortable.

I had a great night here. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed, there was a balcony with chairs and a table. Buffet breakfast was seved downstairs and was very good with a wide selection. Less then five minutes from the A7 highway, about 10 minutes from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Parking is available across a small garden.

Great and quiet place!

The small Pesion is just a few minutes' drive from Rothenburg, a few minutes away from robbers in the green. It is ideal for switching off. For breakfast you get eggs from your own chickens and everything else you want is there. The host is very attentive and helpful. Dogs are also allowed. We are happy to come back!

Sweet little boarding house near Rothenburg

The room was more of a suite with a balcony and a beautiful view of the forest. Nothing to complain about cleanliness. Breakfast delicious, dinner in the nearby hostel in Nestling tasty, simple and honest.

Quiet and relaxed

A pleasant pension situated only five kilometres from Rothenburg at a price which is much cheaper than staying in the tourist traps in town. A welcoming host who helped with  carrying our luggage up to our room. Room was clean and well equipped but we couldn't work out what the Arab inscription meant next to the wash basin. Breakfast was the usual buffet type but quite acceptable.

A nice quiet place in the country

In the countryside, clean rooms, pillows to remove, it takes four to make a decent one, I expected a breakfast while in the countryside with typical sweets and everything, but not the noodles, cereals, etc, etc... for the price he offered me zero, to discard

It's a lovely place. It's just...

We stayed 2 nights here in June 2014 to visit Rothenburg.  It was a charming little place with lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast.  The only criticism was the duvet cover & pillow cases were not cotton - if they had been we would have given an excellent rating.  The proprietor was very helpful and very pleasant.  The Pension is about 3 kms from Rothenburg, in the heart of countryside with lovely views & is very quiet.

Simple but pleasant stay in Germany

The rooms are located on the ground floor of a house with a view of the countryside. Our tastefully renovated room was comfortable. The breakfast, well-presented (nap and nice dishes), was varied and plentiful (salted, sweet, fruits,...) Friendly home.
