The hotel was in perfect order for a few days. We were very friendlyly received. The breakfast was very good and a good choice. Unfortunately, it didn't open until 8:00 a.m. for ferry excursions, so the minute is being watched closely. We had room No. 1, which was very nice and cleanly furnished. It had large windows in the bathroom but unfortunately there was the winter garden, which is very annoying for non-smokers, when the windows were open the torch moved into the room, which was strange, the gentleman of the morning was smoking at 6:30 a.m. and coughing his lungs out of his neck.

We also booked for eight nights. The previous phone request and email traffic went very friendly. The day we arrived we were very early and wasted time at the beach. I had read that you could get an early check in for an extra 15 euros and despite my short-term request late in the morning, the owner made the early check in possible. The check in went without any problems and was very enjoyable and also fun, so we immediately had a good feeling. Room number 3 is very spacious and very clean. Bed linen smells very fresh and the bed is very comfortable. Three nights ago we slept back. The drinks are from the main dining room, but it didn't take us long to get there. Sweet little hotel

I had heard from a friend that although very basic, this was a good value hotel in Norden.
I sent an email to them asking some very basic questions about the hotel (WiFi available, off street parking, breakfast included, etc.) and the reply I received was extremely rude and insulting.

Extremely Rude Response

The Hotel Norddeich is a family run hotel and is located a little outside of Norddeich. The breakfast and the rooms were very good, you had everything you needed and felt very comfortable. Tea was always free at any time. It was affordable. I would recommend the hotel.

Nice little hotel.

The hotel is located a little outside the North Deck, but you can still walk to everything. There are a few parking spaces in front of the house. The staff were always friendly and the rooms were very clean. There is a tea kitchen where you can make hot drinks around the clock. The breakfast is really delicious and varies a little every day.

My wife and I were very satisfied, staff very friendly, everything in one was a very nice stay, I would recommend it to everyone.

A long weekend

I booked a room for 2 days by mistake (my own and especially Maps's). As soon as I realized the error (5 minutes) I immediately deleted the booking. Result: the manager charged me the entire sum (190 euros!!) without any scruples and it was not enough for my emails of excuses from the disguise to make him change his mind (the tone of his answers was also between the squeaky and the arrogant..!) I could see if I was keeping a percentage of the sum given my mistake, but keeping the whole figure I found extremely incorrect, since I did not actually create any discomfort for him. if these were the premises... A spooky and above all a misguided manager

The hotel, which is almost in Norden, very far from the centre, looks pretty and is well furnished, but how many patches! The sheets, in a strange cloth, were very rough and, like the towels, were only changed six days after our arrival. The dangerous tub, as it was very slippery, was definitely unsuitable for showering. The view from the window was given... from cows to pasture. I was not on my first stay in this lovely little town and I know it can offer better facilities.

A disappointing stay

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast is completely in order, a total excellent 3-star hotel. Only the location is located right between the north and north deck somewhat suboptimal (car almost necessary or well on foot)

Excellent three-star hotel

Friendly and nice host. After service. Good and sufficient breakfast. Room 102 very clean and large enough for 2 people, bathtub with shower possibility. Covered terrace for smoking. W-lane and small tea and coffee corner. Unfortunately a little outside about 2km to the pond but with bicycles no problem.
