This is an outstanding hotel for the contemporary style-conscious who appreciate a relaxed atmosphere and great food.  Co-Managers Philippe and Susanne made our stay especially congenial with their personal attention and helpful advice.  The combination of whitewashed floors, bleached wood and splashes of color, along with textures of fur and wool make for a sophisticated and yet cozy environment.  The decor even incorporates humor and irony.  Definitely worth the effort to go there.

Just about 100 m away from the beach this Hotel has nice Apartment suites overlooking the North Sea. Phantastic view from 3rd floor, huge bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub and even a small kitchen was integrated. The relatively young team was really showing customer orientation and was kind and helpful in all ways. Only the breakfast room with the German Name "Esszimmer" was very busy in the morning and should be expanded. The Restaurant was excellent and one could shop the wine you had for dinner, of course at discounted price. It was an outstanding stay and in fact our honeymoon, which we did not disclose to the Hotel.

Home of Service in Germany

One of the most sympathetic hotels we have ever been. Very bright, clean and spacious room. The sea is around the corner, so is the village centre. The staff is excellent and friendly, breakfast fresh, healthy and abundant. It has a sauna and a spa and they have some great bikes to explore the island, loved these.

A true gem, trendy, classy, cosy, homey, charming, welcoming - I could live here. A true gem and I am sure unique on the island. We went there in autumn, took the penthouse with its stunning sea view and we had a fantastic time. The wine bar and little restaurant was great too, as was the bakery, the common room with the log fire. One should almost not write an article here to make sure this stays a secret ;-).

This hotel beats anything I have experienced. The concept is unusual as they try to read your desires, meaning if you wish to be left alone, they will leave you alone. If you want the best service, that is what you will receive. You can use all the amazing facilities or you can cook in your room, as many of the rooms have these facilities. It is up to you how you want it. It is place to come if you wish to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air and lovely walks along the coast or go for a cycle ride. The island is not cheap, but if you wish to live like a king it is the place to come.
