I was here years ago visiting family. Wonderful staff. Incredible breakfast and great rooms. Adensen is so quiet and relaxing . I took nice hikes and met such nice people. The wild flowers were so nice. Thanks Adensen.

Best hotel in Germany 

As a group, we were registered for the snitzel buffet. However, there were some problems with the supply itself. The waiting time for the snitches to be delivered was simply too long. The staff also took orders with a cringe and after being alerted to this discrepancy, they were still slandered when paying as brokers and querolants. All in all, you were simply not welcome and rather the disruptive customer. I will not step in there again!

I've never been without such rude, incompetent and arrogant staff.

Regional local, what could be better. A great variety map where everyone was guaranteed to find something. All the food was very delicious. I had to share flame cakes as a starter, then filet pan, slices and also super chicken nuggets. plus a freshly picked alster, so our weekend could end. We'd love to come back.

Spontaneous dinner

This review is in English while all the others seem to be in German.  That fact alone should tell you this is locally popular.  
We spent 4 nights here are found the service and hospitality with the Kühne family to be top notch.  This is a new hotel (only about 30 years old) and is immaculate.  Frau Kühne greeted us upon our arrival and we were in our second story rooms in a matter of minutes.  Breakfast is included in the cost of the room and is excellent (see photos).  
Some details to help you decide if this place is for you.  
1).  Adensen is about a 10 minute drive from the small town of Nordstemmen.  Having a car is a must.
2).  Adensen is a tiny town.  If you are seeking a vibrant night life, you will need to drive at least 30 minutes (probably Hildesheim or Hannover).
3).  Does the staff speak enough English?  Yes, they can handle all normal conversations in English.  Can you have an in depth political or philosophical discussion - probably not, but all of our needs were always met.
4).  You will be surrounded by German speaking people who will likely be among some of the most gracious people you will meet.  
5).  If you are seeking a typically American experience then I suggest this is not the place for you.

North German Hospitality and a Rural Setting

I went in there for lunch with my family, and they ate, and the food was delicious, but the service was new, and I think it was a little overloaded with 12 people, and instead of Alster, there was no beer, and there was no cherry juice, and there was no babysitter, otherwise everything would fit.

It was okay.

A good choice, not just the CEBIT Hotel, I definitely recommend it. Breakfast is good, rooms are good, exhibition grounds are within 15-20 minutes by car. In the next restaurant, with a rich menu, you can end the day very well.

CEBIT for the year 2016

After many years of visiting the fair, we decided this year to take a place outside... and yes, that was the right decision. Very quiet, clean and well-arranged house with enough parking, restaurant right next door (no overcrowding, no overcrowded fair prices), great breakfast... The drive to the fair went smoothly within 20 minutes. Highly recommended for all those who are traveling by car... and not looking for a quiet night out in the middle of a bustle.

Exhibition visits without haste

A simple accommodation where nothing is noticeable. The room wasn't necessarily large, but it was enough. It's not luxury, but the price of the night is very good for it. It was clean and cleaned every day. Everything is not so new, but for a simple night it's perfectly OK. The breakfast buffet was enough: baked buns, sausage, bread, jam, eggs, yogurt, juice, etc. Whoever gets up here hungry is to blame for it. For this, you have to try the dinner in the adjacent restaurant (next house). Top!
