Great and relaxed days here. We had a great apartment with terrace and mountain views. We felt very comfortable at all times in the guest house. Rooms very clean, well equipped, all amenities in good condition. Own parking space in front of the door. Central  numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Evening/night very quiet. Guests can go online thanks to the hotel's free Wi-Fi. We definitely come back here!!!!

We had for 1 week app 33 with balcony loggia view skischanze and rubihorn... nice 2 rooms, good kitchen lines, small but functional bathroom with windows... in the HAus in the basement there is a refrigerator with drinks to faier prices and also a washing machine with dryer (each 1.50 €).

Great location, nice apartments, good value for money... wonderful!

We had a nice apartment with living room and bedroom. The facilities were modern and bright, the kitchen was well maintained and all the utensils were available. The cleanliness was really in order. The apartment had a nice big balcony overlooking the mountains. The beds were comfortable. A third bed for children was included in the bedroom. The only shortcoming: the bathroom and the flow associated with it might need to be renovated again. Otherwise, top. Always nice. Very centrally located. Everything is accessible on foot.

Great location, price/performance is right.

Booked this place on a whim to go on a solo skiing holiday at the end of the season. Packed the car up and off I went across the continent, arriving in the early evening. The staff had helpfully left keys for me even though they weren't there, and my room was super easy to find. Parking was plentiful. 
My room- Basic room with a single bed, en suite bathroom, microwave, kettle and fridge. Everything I needed. Lovely balcony with a great view.
The Guesthouse- runs an honesty bar in the basement, has storage for ski equipment and takes recycling very seriously. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts through the wonderful town, with lots of gift shops, bars and restaurants, along with boutiquey shops and home stores.
Ok it was the end of the season so no picturesque snow covered town, but plenty of snow up the mountain so no complaints, the temperature was even in the early 20's one day!
All in all, I cannot wait to go back and will definitely be staying here again.
One last thing, I wanted a helmet cam for skiing and was ordering one off Amazon.de. The staff were so helpful translating for me and  was thrilled when it was delivered.

Cheap and Cheerful and FANTASTIC!

Excellent service and comfort in this beautiful house which was a 19th century paint shop. Our host is attentive and attentive to each of our concerns about this house of exemplary cleanliness. All the rooms have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The beds are new and comfortable above all else. All the furniture is new, only the bathrooms are of an older style. The only remark that can be formulated is the soundproofing is a little weaker, but as everyone is very respectful, the few noises you can hear are never really long or disturbing. Some of the documents are very comfortable for the many excursions and activities in the village and the area.

We were here for two nights. The price is very good in comparison. We have a south balcony overlooking the mountains. We have parking spaces so you can save this too. The room is huge and clean. There is also a small kitchen that we didn't use. In 3 minutes you are walking in the middle of the city. Where there are locals and shops of all kinds. View from the balcony on the picture. The house has an elevator so there is no problem if you are not so mobile. Breakfast can be served next door in the hotel for 10€ if you stay here in the house. We have breakfast not used so I can't make any statements. In the basement you can get the water for the beer. 1.30 € We would come back for 4.00 €.

Top location

I spent 5 night with my team in a 5 and in a 3 beds apt and we had great time. 
The apartments are very comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped. They are located 1 minute walk to the center and 5 minutes walk to the nebelornban gondola and icerink.
The beds are pretty new and the silence of the neighbourhood is perfect for some relaxing nights.
The kitchen is big and you can find everything you need to Cook a full meal.
The bathroom is clean and includes good quality towels and a powerful hairdryer (not the usual  useless hotel hairdryer)
The rates are convenient and  Julius, the owner, is very kind and always ready to help.

I recommend these apt so much for family vacations and for work trip too.



Just awesome

It's a great hotel. It's nice, it's clean, it's all homey. It's a great view from the window. It's a great kitchen, with everything you need. It's a good bed. It's a family vacation with friends in the same house. It's a great hotel.

It's been a great shock!

In this God-forsaken town, but with amazing nature, there is this guest house, where you can be very comfortable with family or company, especially during Christmas, when no shops or restaurants work... comfortable apartments with their own kitchen.

The Bavarian Fairy Tale

Good holiday apartments at a reasonable price. The apartment was clean and there were towels and dry wipes. W-Lan in every apartment. Sitting on the south balcony in the sun and looking at the mountains, just great. As a greeting, there was a flat of coat in the fridge.
