We enjoyed it very well there. Super location, nice staff, very good. Breakfast with a lot of choice, rooms cozy and clean.

Great place to stay

Unfortunately, we were also impressed by the pictures and were disappointed. You have the impression that you are staying in a dirty country inn. But there is a high need for renovation and modernization in the boarding house. The rooms were fine in size, but the room was grotesque. Small ceiling height. Bathroom without windows with no air drain, which ran out loud at any lighting - this was especially great afterwards. The bathroom was not clean and you noticed that there was not much investment in modernisation here for a long time. Also, apparently not during the time of lockdown. The owner seemed to have a mask allergy, as wearing the rest was not necessary for the rest of the house and unfortunately, you seemed to have to use the corona rules to solve the problem. The rooms are also very well suited for lighting up the buildings. The rooms are also very brightly lit and the buildings are very well suited for the building.

Unfortunately not recommended

We had booked a night here on our bike tour. We could park the bikes in a locked room, very nice. The room was good. Breakfast the other morning, too, if auhh CH Nothing special. The gas chamber is tasty and comfortable. Dinner right in the courtyard. Kitchen until 8 or 8:30 pm, no matter what: I think it's too early.

Nice and neat

The clever renter's photo suggests the impression of size, even when it is said that the rooms are different: the reality is that our room and especially the bathroom is small. There is no storage. If you want to darken the room, you will find that the decorative gardens are designed for this: at night the street lamps illuminate the room, from 4am the daylight!

Only if it is absolutely necessary

Some time ago we drank wine in the old courtyard of the hotel and decided to stay here. We just liked the whole impression. A few years later, it was May. But the result was more than desirable. The friendly staff at the reception showed us the room. From the beautiful pictures on the Internet, the discouragement came quite quickly. We had a room 15 reserved for us, which had nothing to do with the pictures mentioned. It was clean. It was finished. It was probably not poured out for a long time. At least it read the smell. In the bathroom, there were still clear cracks of construction in the bathroom area. A bathtub with a bathtub is also not a perfectly suitable place to stay in 2020. And we were not able to get a glass of wine in the hotel at all.

...too happy, too disappointed...

In the middle of the cultural heritage a really good little hotel with decent and clean rooms and a good breakfast in the lovingly decorated guesthouse - happy again and again!!! The car could be parked on the property quite safely - the beer garden was great at 25 degrees!!!

Nice hostel

The rooms are quite large and clean. They're also quite nice in style but built like IKEA. The bed cranks with every move and the mattress is simply a cheap product. So the removal. If the mattress doesn't fit, the rest won't help. The bathroom I've been in for years. I wouldn't choose again.

Nice rooms, simple facilities

I had a room in the annex, which is reached by a wooden staircase, from where you can look through a narrow window (where every neighbor can pass by and get in) to the courtyard with beer garden. The bed with sparkling springs, the paper-thin walls and the economical equipment unfortunately make it look more datchen- than guesthoffeeling. Obviously the rooms in the main house have a very different character, so you have to ask.

This is a wonderful quaint bed and breakfast.  We stayed here in May of this year.  I think we got the biggest room in the hotel.  Perhaps it's because this was our second time here and we booked well in advance.  We loved the room and the staff is helfpul and kind. The rouladen is one of the best we had in Germany and the breakfast was quite satisfying.  The location is perfect for Worlitzer Park and it's quite close to Wittenburg.  If in the area again would definitely stay here.

Second time guest

The boarding house is very friendly, charming, cozy, although not of high quality, with a nice indoor garden in the courtyard and the proximity to the Wörlitzer Park. One would be unfair to the boarding house if one complained about the rather simple breakfast offer (but with a skilled brunch!) and the average quality of the food in the restaurant.
