We booked one night and at the very bad check-out in the morning and at the very bad check-out, customers also asked us what breakfast looked like. So it was like a colleague of ours recommended us to the hotel and we got sick soon. So we apologized for the name and address, but not exactly what he booked. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, so it was extremely sticky and warm. But it was clean, so was the bathroom. When we checked out in the morning and paid the bill, customers noticed that breakfast was being charged. So it was like a colleague of ours recommended us to the hotel and soon became ill. So we apologized for the name and address, but not exactly what he booked.

Absolutely bad service.

Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly. This made the stay at the hotel very uncomfortable. The rooms were large and bright. There were only 3 parking spaces, but they were occupied by others. The breakfast was only normal. There was no garbage can in the room. The room was only superficially cleaned during our stay. WiFi/Internet only worked temporarily.

We were in Osnabrück assembling. We stayed for several weeks at the Hotel Meyer. We were very satisfied. The rooms were large and clean. The internet was free and fast. Behind the hotel were three free parking spaces. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone. My room was outside the street.

We liked it.

The hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian zone. The rooms are large and bright and furnished in a suitable way. The bathroom is newly renovated and very good. Unfortunately, there are no offers or giveaways on the rooms. No pencil with block, no water bottle, no laundry bags, no paper towels, no shoe drawer, nothing but a bed, desk, chair and TV. The breakfast room looks old, the upholstery chairs are partly extremely seated. The offer is manageable.

Suitable for sleeping

We had a large, beautiful, clean room. The bathroom was also perfectly tidy. The reception was friendly. The breakfast was affordable and sufficient. Although the hotel is very central, it was very quiet. We would love to stay there again.

Very central and price/performance ok

The hotel is right in the shopping centre. The room was large and was very clean. The breakfast was good and staff very helpful. there was free wifi in our room. It was ideally situated for all our needs.

Good location and very clean

I don't know why, but I was expecting Osnabruck to be quaint, and therefore I was expecting Hotel Meyer to be quaint too. Neither was the case. Unlike many European cities, the train station is not in the historic area, and the hotel was a 15-minute walk from the train station, on a nondescript shopping street, behind a locked gate and through a door off a parking garage entrance. Needless to say, the exterior did not impress, and we were expecting to hate it. But I have to acknowledge that things got better. Our room and bathroom were huge, seemed newly redecorated, and very tastefully done. The room smelled musty and of cigarettes at first, but that dissipated. For some reason, even with hot exterior temperatures, the room was not stifling. The hotel is not manned at night, and it was a little creepy to let ourselves in the gate to the parking garage and the hotel, but even now I have to acknowledge that other than the lack of "cuteness," we could not complain. The breakfast was fine.

It's complicated

It's a great hotel, the entrance is a little tricky, but once inside it's great, the room is very spacious and clean, the hotel's location is great, just outside the old town, absolutely recommended.
