Nice apartment hotel! Located on the outskirts of Binz but not that far to walk. The apartment was clean, big and well equipped. Free parking, but small spaces as is normal in Germany. Our place was below another car... Free internet but never got it working. Bread delivery to the door every morning (for an extra charge - 10 rolls for 3 days was about €20). Close to the steam traing "Rasender Roland" which is absolutely worth a trip. Nice little restaurant at the station.

Aldi grocery store close by but Aldi stores doesn't have everything so we also shopped in the Edeka in Binz centre.

Check in/out quick and easy. Will definitely be back!

The best place we have stayed in Binz

My fella and I really liked this apartment hotel.  We stayed in a contemporary, sleek hotel in Berlin and it was nice to have a cosy place to call home in Rugen, with a more relaxed style.  The apartment was well appointed with all the kitchen stuff you might need.  Bedding and linens are available, tea towels and t. paper are also provided so it doesn't feel like you have to buy loads at the supermarket either.  Speaking of which there are two supermarkers close by so trudging along with bulky bags won't be too much of an issue.

The hotel is about 5-10mins away from the centre of town, which is actually fine as the middle of town is pretty crowded so it's a really peaceful place to stay.  If you arrive in Binz via train I'd advise getting a cab to the hotel as it's a good walk, longer still with bags.  We did have to wait a bit for a taxi at the station but they are available.

Cosy

We liked the hotel. The apartment was really well equipped and clean. The breakfast was great! The only thing we didn't like so much was that although it was only about 800 m to the beach, when walking back, the hill was quite steep (at least when pushing a kid in a trolley). So you have to be fit :-).

We had two small children with us. A playground for them would have been nice.
