The accommodation and the buffet were good and are highly recommended! Service very good. Staff, senior manager and junior manager always had an open ear. We also enjoyed the boat trip and the trip to Lübbenau.

Overall, we really liked the one-week package programme, so we can be happy to give it to our cyclists.

My wife and I spent five nights with cyclists in this hotel. The stay was completely in line with the promise announced on the homepage of the house. We felt very comfortable in the house with friendly people, staff, host and guests. The restaurant had extensive tasty homemade food. In the house and surroundings we felt very comfortable.

Cycling in the Spree Forest is great

Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing! We ordered the season's vegetable steak for 15.90 euros each. The friendly service then served us a steak the size of a pork medallion, followed by a tablespoon of confectionery. It looked as if a steak had just been cut in half... and then cooked for two servings. Incredible! The juicy vegetables were boiled, paprika okay. If my husband had been there, the plate would have gone back to the kitchen. We had eaten better last year, but now we're going to go back to distant restaurants...

Visit to the restaurant on 2.10.2021

As a couple we had booked the Bicycle Walkers in the Spreewald bookcase, and unfortunately our accommodation disappointed us immeasurably! Immediately upon arrival, it turned out that our room did not fit the rooms offered on the homepage at all. We had an extremely small room in the basement with two beds each up to 80 cm narrow, separated. On all the pictures that were available on the net, the double rooms had been normal double beds! On arrival, we found that there was only a tiny guard closet in the room, in which we could not bring our best wishes (2 people, 5 days, very active, so we could not eat our best wishes), we lived in an extremely small room in the basement with three pockets. The beds on my bed were so narrowly cut off that we could not eat them all at the same time. The beds on my bed were so flat and loose, and after a long day in the kitchen, but we could not eat them all again, because of the temperature of the dining room, but we were not able to eat them all at night, and

I'd rather not...

A brief historical overview of the place, which took place in a very original location. The city tour with the mayor and the visit to the church with the closing organ concert was great!👍 Our guest house room was very clean and modernly furnished. The slaughter buffet was rich and very tasty. Highly recommended and a compliment to the head of the house!

Slaughter in the Spreewald - a very successful weekend

The package offers a short vacation with interests for everyone. The welcome, the service, the breakfast, the menus offered were all satisfactory. We will continue to use the offers and recommend them at any time.

We had a spacious, quiet room with a good standard, were spoiled by the hosts and the kitchen, and were very pleased with the services offered in terms of tourist exploration of the area.

Five days at a super-price at super-supply class!

On Sunday (22.05.16) the route was the destination, from Saxony to Brandenburg. At the best time of the day we were in Peitz and the only restaurant of the Golden Lion. We sat outside the restaurant, almost all the tables were occupied, that is, there were 15 guests with us. The location right at a crossroads is of course a little unfavorable, but it would have been less disturbing if we had not waited 50 minutes for the meal. Already before we had to wait longer than usual for the lack of friendliness radiating from the waiter to order drinks and the food later. It is incomprehensible to us how to wait for a slice of teas so long, so the number of guests is very obvious!! The savings would have been less disturbing if we had not waited 50 minutes for the meal.

Just sad, but we only had lunch!

We've been to the Roschke family for the second time and we've been very happy with everyone again.The room is very nice.We have room, it's bright and friendly, and the bathroom is clean and tidy.We've been well taken care of.The dinner buffet has always been filled, so you don't have to worry about one or the other.Friendly condition..even wishes have been fulfilled without any problems.Extremely family friendly and many outdoor offers.We can simply recommend this hotel.We will definitely come back.Thanks to the Roschke family
