We (a family with two children) had a nice stay. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were neat. The breakfast was very good. The hosts also responded to personal requests, which we were very pleased with. We felt comfortable and would come back.

Feeling Well at the Mosel

We were greeted with kindness. The garden is very beautiful and you can sit well outside. The room was okay. It was a little overwhelming in the heat and from the style it's a little simple. But everything needed was there. The breakfast was very good with buns and/or cereal and plenty of choice.

A good stay

We stayed for 2 nights and it was very nice on Easter. Breakfast was typical with buns and everything else and a lot of coffee. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The room was bigger than many others and everything was very clean and cozy. Morbach is also a winemaker and man can buy wine artificially. The web page explained that there is no WLAN connection but I hadn't seen that. Nevertheless, a great hotel not far from Trier in a good corner at the Moselle.

Nice location and a winery in Rachtig

Family owned B&B with very friendly owners (Jutta and Michael). The rooms are traditional and clean. Free wifi (internet). Breakfast is great and the wines from their own wineyards are great too. 
The location is good for bikers, hikers and motorcyclists. 

Nice and very friendly

Let's start out with the positives - the owners are very nice, the place is spotlessly clean, parking is easy, breakfast is the nice fruhstuck you usually get in a hotel. On the down side, Rachtig itself is too quiet for me, few restaurants, but not all that far from Bernkastel (which is where you should stay, but parking will be dicey). There is NO INTERNET ACCESS - I hung out outside the restaurant / hotel next door and glommed onto their signal (I did have dinner there twice though), Be sure to have enough Euros = this operation is cash only!
