Hotel at the city gates; comfortable and free parking, clean and comfortable rooms. A little dated structure, staff is reserved, breakfast rich enough. You can reach the city centre even on foot. Good hotel to visit Ravensburg.

It's a good hotel.

I've spent a night here on duty, the staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast is normal, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is not up to date, the price-performance ratio is fine.

Very friendly staff - but the best times are over

We were there for two nights, some of the rooms are a little older but definitely clean. We had booked a three-bedroom and even got a family room, that is, an extra children's room, with a total of four beds. The booking was also very easy and hassle-free, since we had only booked by phone four days before arrival. The breakfast selection was large and sufficient, even for our four-year-old son.

Very good for a short trip.

It's an impeccable service, a motivated and friendly staff, and you could almost say the guest is integrated into the family, no criticism points, a civic restaurant where there's nothing to expose.

Highly recommended for business travellers

Comfortable budget hotel, ok for a few nights.  Beds comfortable, Breakfast included for 4 € and is adequate.  Dinner excellent as it specialises on Game and Schwabish Cooking.  Somewhat noisy at nights as it is on the main road.

Good Budget Hotel

If someone like us needs a hotel near Lake Constance for two nights in the short term, then the Golden Clock is worth considering. Otherwise, we are convinced that there are several hotels in the area that have a better price-performance ratio if booked in time. 85 euros for a double room with breakfast is very nice. Our room 216 was on average large, but very clean. The breakfast buffet avoided being particularly positive. The hotel garage increased the price of the night by another four euros, and the parking lots are so narrow that two middle class cars side by side already require two very cheap drivers if you want to.

The absolute average hotel

From 28.7-21.7.14 we booked a room 218 in development. Ideally, the hotel is located right on Bundesstraße. And there was still no traffic noise, despite the open windows. A spacious room with 2 chairs and a desk with a flat screen TV. (it could be a little bigger) and a bed with new mattresses. If you took your breakfast on the wine-drinking terrace, you already had the right holiday feeling. Also in the evening at a glass of wine or beer.

Ideal stop to the south

We had a large group staying here of over 20. This hotel is fine, friendly welcome and good breakfasts. The single room I had was fairly small, no air conditioning, no wifi which was frustrating ( available in reception). The food was let down by the English menu being different from the German one! We found a good local italian a few minutes walk called Martello!

Comfortable budget hotel

Located just outside the city centre on the way to arrival from Italy. It's not really bad, i. The rooms are clean and spacious enough Breakfast as usual varies and abundant staff friendly price in line with standards

Going to the city

Staff were pleasent and helpfull but to allow a bus full of drunken people to book in at 2 am in the morning and wake the entire hotel guests does not deserve the 3 stars that it has.  Maximum 1 star. Food is excellent and price matches the qualiy.
