In the town of Orsoy in the left Rhine, which still has a historic centre to show off, there is a beautiful restaurant called Orsoyer Hof. We had ten friends here for dinner in September 2022. We immediately liked this restaurant from the point of view. Each of us had ordered something different to eat, and everyone was satisfied with his food. The portions were enough, you can say the price-performance ratio is fine here. Ten friends were satisfied with the gastronomy of Orsoyer Hof, and will certainly come by again...

Hygiene measures equal to zero, operation wearing a mask as 'protection of the person'. Pre-required fire alarm disassembled, toilet on arrival with yellow sprays, very nasty. Had to be're-cleaned'. Window defective, could not be closed. Furniture smelly, umbrellas stained, very nasty. Check-in and check-out very difficult despite booking confirmation with barcode.

On arrival we found the following defects: countless hairs on the floor and bed, hair in the bathtub, broken curtains, stains on the front door of the room, sand in the shower, spider webs in every corner, worn bed, and we also had to find out that the garbage can was not emptied, that it was still filled with cigarette butts and smelled of smoke in the room. Unfortunately, when we found all the defects, it was very late, because at the first glance when we put our suitcases in the room in the afternoon, we didn't notice all the dirt. When we put the old man in the office and we go to the next day, it was immediately and not a police officer, so he immediately spoke to a rabbi and a police officer in our room. We're coming right from the Rhine by ferry to the left and we're already in front of the restaurant. The kitchen is 1A, service is extremely friendly, the food including soup main course and dessert is excellent. The Orsyerhof is simply our restaurant number 1A.

Excellent menu, very good, friendly service

I stayed here one night and was very impressed. The room that I had was small and basic and spotlessly clean. Perfect for a short stay. The food the food is fantastic and the portions are very large. The staff are very friendly and very helpful I would recommend staying here

Business Trip

You don't know whether to laugh or cry. Two single rooms are booked. Rooms should be refurbished. Everything was quite old, bathroom was OK. The bikes had to be brought to the backyard. I've never seen trash, thunder, strong stench. In this yard there was an employee sitting and shelled potatoes, tomatoes standing next to the thunder. Planning office. Look at this backyard.

The chef came after 10 minutes and cleaned it with a napkin. The service was totally overwhelmed, the food was absolutely unenviable. The meat was of inferior quality, after the complaint I was served a new piece. Was also unenviable. Total fried dead with sines through and tough like a shoe sock. The trunk steak for 25.90€ was half a spicy fat!!! The facility was mostly crumpled up and also defective. Dirty old dishes were on the floor. You can only guess from this store.

Not the first time, but the last time.

There were four people eating, the service was super friendly, the men's steaks were great, the butter was soft, the salad and the antipasties were delicious, the barbecues were good, the atmosphere was very nice, I'd love to come back again and again.

I had the so-called wedding room with a bar and a large bathroom. The room was accessible down a staircase. The door was already broken, even the cupboard in the castle was missing. The room smelled nice, perhaps from the ancient carpet floor. The walls were moist or moulded in the floor area, the bar was present as a fragment, everything else like laundry was removed. The bathroom with a giant tub was a catasophe. Here too the walls and the ceiling were partially discolored. There was a lack of paint. On the first night of the meal, a school was baked and folded.
