Was expecting a nice hotel with kitchen as said on their website but ended up disappointed. Just one fridge without minimum kitchen supplies, like a kettle, kinda forcing you to pay there over charged breakfast. 

We were 7 so there were enough beds for everyone, big and long enough (as we had 2 really tall people with us) so it’s suitable for tall people as well. But as we were 7 the bathroom was tiny, one toilet and one shower for 7 was hard to share.

We had a small terrace with a table (for 6 even though there are beds for 10 people👍🏼) but we woke up every morning with the table gone, meaning that they come and take the table for customers paying for there breakfast. Which means that we couldn’t even have breakfast outside if we had wished to do so. 

They also took a second payement out of my mothers bank account 3 months after our trip. Tried to contact them but absolutely no answer. I’ve seen many reviews saying the same as us so I really don’t recommend 

Scam!

We stayed in July and the owner has taken our money for a second time off our credit card in September, we are lucky that the site we booked with has sorted it as impossible to contact the apartment.  No reply to emails or facebook with the and tried to call they said the number has changed.

A few other details from when we were there:-

1)  The photos he uses for his apartment are completely incorrect and not at all what is shown for a deluxe double room.

2)  There was no wifi available to us

3)  We were 7 adults in an apartment for 10 (deluxe double room), there was one very small shower room with toilet so cannot  imagine how 10 people would manage

4) It is certainly not 700 meters from Europa Park if you are walking

5) It states air conditioning but these were machines that needed a large tube to be put out of the window and were very noisy.

6) It stated private outdoor patio area, we ate outside and  at 9pm we were eating outside and the neighbour complained.    We were not making noise just general conversation.  This was one of the things the owner told us on arrival that the neighbour would complain if we were outside.

7) In respect also of the patio we woke up in the morning and the outside table (table with 6 chairs when apartment is for 10) was gone, we asked the guy where it was he said he needed it for breakfast outside with his other guests so we were unable to have breakfast sat down at a table.

8) For an advertised deluxe room the towels has seen better days and certainly need replacing.

I cannot believe I booked this place, it was last minute and I normally check out the reviews if I had looked on tripadvisor before I certainly wouldn't have booked there.

Please look into this establishment people are getting seriously ripped off.

Rip off

The unprofessional owner is greedy, rude and belittling to guests. We booked our three person room through booking.com and had some slight translation errors when booking - instead of being helpful, compassionate and understanding, the owner shrugged and argued with us stating we messed up and misread the information on the website. He then continued to boast that his hotel is the best price in the area and you wouldn't find a better deal. Untrue and inhospitable, but in such short notice we couldn't find anything else so we had to settle here. Adding an extra person to the room cost €35 more per night for a pullout couch. Ridiculous! After our awful encounter with the owner, he told us where our rooms were, but didn't even offer to show us to our room or carry any bags. Terrible!

The room we had was newly renovated, but lacked basic amenities. There was a large fridge, but no basic kitchen such as kettle, dishes, cutlery - almost forcing guests to purchase the over priced continental breakfast. It seems as though they put the aesthetic Ikea look into the rooms instead of clear useable space as the door to the bathroom took of most of the table area and the shower stall doors couldn't open fully.

It's clear the owner is in it for the money and doesn't care about the guests comfort or pleasure. I have never stayed at a "hotel" that is so out of touch with reality. Avoid this place and keep searching, there are better options.

Avoid

Terrible experience. Unfriendly service 40 Euro extra if you come after 9pm.  Wifi not working extra bed terrible breakfast in the cellar.. the list would go on... anything positive? It's quiet. 
A place to forget.. never again. 

Horrible

Stayed 2 nights here for visiting the park. Location is very close to the bellrock hotel so during the evenings its easy to eat and drink at bellrock or the colosseo. Rooms were clean and very spacious. We had the room on the second floor just under the roof. Luckely there was a mobile airco provided because it can get quiet warm in the room during summer. Bed was fine, badroom clean and spacious enough. They also provide continental breakfast wich was ok. 

Would stay here again if i visit europapark again!

I booked this hotel because we wanted to visit Europapark and not stay in the overcrowded noisy park hotels. The owner was a wonderful lady. She organised a special birthday breakfast for my 6-year old, cake and candle included. The park was only a 10 minute walk away. I would certainly recommend pension Boitz without reservation.
