Very convenient to go to the Europa-Park amusement park which is 2 minutes by car. We arrived after check-in time but having called, Sandra was kind enough to wait for us a little longer for check-in. Thanks to her for her availability.
We stayed one night, 4 adults and 2 children. The accommodation was perfect and comfortable, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds). With a private bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a pretty big terrace for lunch or enjoying the outdoors. The breakfast room is nice with access to the kitchen and good, fresh products (cold meats, cheeses, breads, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, milk, coffee, etc.).
If there is space there is parking at the entrance, it's easy. And restaurants are nearby for dinner.
If we had to go back to Europa-park we will surely come back to the "Pension LeLiLa Rust".

2nd time in this guesthouse and still great value for money. We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers in one of the suite, which had 2 separated bedrooms, and one common bathroom. Bedrooms are very large and were very calm and clean. Excellent german breakfast, great welcome from the owners. Ideally located 10mns from the park by foot. You leave your car here and take it when you drive back home. Very good value for money. Definitely my choice for future stays in Rust. Highly recommended

Communication through email with the owner of Gastehaus Milella were just perfect. She would responds to any questions within 24 hours when she is not busy and after booking our stay, she asked us about our arrival time and she gave us her number just incase if something happens. 

I stayed at Gastehaus Milella with my boyfriend, his mother, his youngest sister and her boyfriend for 2 nights. Due to unforeseen traffic jam on our way to Gastehaus Milella (Rust) we knew we won't make it on our arrival time (check-in). So we informed the owner by giving her a call and her response was very friendly and she told us there were no problem. With 30 min delay we finally made it to Gastehaus Milella (a big light yellow colored apartment). There are parking area so you don't have to look for one and through the parking on the further left side is a entrance to the house (reception). At that time the door was locked so we rang the house bell and within a second a woman with a big bright smile open the door. 
Unfortunately I forgot the name of the owner but she is very friendly, very considerate, very understanding and very helpful. Besides asking us about our journey to Rust, she gave us some informations of Europa-Park (the change in opening hours), directions of the restaurants, etc. Once we have gotten our key, she showed us where our room were. 

So from the reception we have to get out again (to the parking) and there is a way to the backyard/garden through small gate (you will be able to see swimming pool which can be used during your stay) then on the left side were the terras (the way to the breakfast buffet) and on the right side was a stair to go to second floor. The garden/ terrace itself was cozy at night time since they will lit their lighting decoration (remember to be quite of course so we don't disturb the neighbours) and there was playgrounds for young children as well).

Our first day started with breakfast buffet and it was simple yet you can see it's fresh. You can take boiled eggs, butter, bread, milk, coffee, juice, cereals, oatmeal, muffin, jam, cheese, ham and fruits (sorry if I forgot something). If you are coffee lover like me, you can get a thermo which are filled with coffee and get it refilled once it's empty (1 per table). So you can picture a classical B&B breakfast but I really like it! 
For those who likes to eat something else in the morning, you can always go to nearby restaurants (German style to Italian) or even cook in your room since there are kitchen and it quite equipt as well (there were forks, dishes, knives, pans, microwave, etc). So you don't have to worry about your meals! There is grocery store nearby Europa Park but I would advise you to go with bicycle or with the car since it's not quite a walking distance. But there is a baker nearby (if you find a bank then you can easily spot it where I mean). 

The room was very clean, well decorated and it was a lot different than what I have expected (it was much better). I like the fact the sunlight always go through our room and made it bright! Of course, the bed was very confortable too. The neighbours are very respectful so you won't have any noise problem at night so you can sleep without any problem. Overall, we were with 5 people and we had a room where first floor was 1 bed for 2 person and there was a stair to go upstair for 3 single beds. Room itself was actually spacious (we had a kitchen, table with chairs, big bathroom with a big sink where 2 people can able to brush their teeth at the same time so you can picture that there is a big mirror so ladies, you don't have to worry about waiting for your turn to put your makeup ;)).

In short, this place is very family friendly place to stay and ideal location for those who are visiting the Europa-Park (probably 5min walk). If you are animal lover it's the better because they have a very cute doggie (she will inform you about her dog so if you dare allergic or hates animals then it's best to look for somewhere else to stay). 
For those who are worried about aggressive dog. Her dog is very friendly, calm and well behaved (not hyper nor won't bark)! So you don't have to worry about young child petting him/her since he/she won't do anything (I pet him/her a lot but he/she was daydreaming most of the time and wonders around). On the other hand, young children can enjoy little playground to play when they are bored and even swim during hot day (you can swim in the cold day as well if you want to). 

Above of all, you can trust the owner fully! My boyfriend sister forgot her T-shirt in our room after checking-out. We didn't know about it and went for Europa-Park for one last time when we came back to pick up our car, we saw a plastic bag hanging on the mirror and it was her t-shirt!! It was very concidrate of her and we can't thank her enough besides letting us use the parking spot after checking out (of course, she will check the check-in time for next customer since her parking area is very limited so she can always say no to your request but she is always willing to help out and find a solution with you when you need help).

Anyways I will certain go back to stay in Gastehaus Milella when I go back to Europa-Park or even to Black Forest!

Very family friendly and ideal location for those who are visiting the Europa-Park

We were 3 friends going to Europa park.
We booked the room through the gastehaus themself. We asked them which room to take and what the price was. We got a lot cheaper price then was found on websites like booking.com so we booked with them.

Seeing as we went to rust by plain and public transport we looked for a place close to Europa Park and it was, only a 10min walk (depending on how fast you walk).

The family was great. They were extremely friendly and explained everything to us. 
They also have a sweet, small dog. I am usually afraid of dogs, but this one was so nice I was not afraid. You also only see him in the dining room. 
The first evening we asked them for a good place to eat and they directed us towards a nice local restaurant with typical german food. Great price-quality.

We stayed in the basement room which was very nice for the price we paid. The bathroom was a little small, only one person could go in at a time. The beds were really nice, we had enough plugs inside the room and enough space (We were not cramped).

The next morning we got our tickets for 2 days Europa park as we had ordered them at the Gastehaus to safe time. The breakfast was really good. 
We had multiple kinds of oven baked small breads, all kind of jam, honey and nutella. There was juce, milk, tea,... there was also fruit and some cereals. All in all a very good breakfast buffet.

We went in September and the swimming pool was still open. I went in and the temperature was very nice. 

You do have to remember that everything is payed in cash!

wonderful place, great value

Very close to Europa, 5 minute walk, so was handy to come home in afternoon for a few hours rest! We had a 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bathroom, was clean and spacious. Swimming pool was nice in back garden, lovely to chill out after a busy day at the park! Breakfast was basic but enough to set you up for a busy day on the rollercoasters! Sandra is very friendly and helpful :) Only one complaint would be there is a church across the road and the bell chimed a lot during the night!
