In conclusion, it’s a magical place, I wouldn't have thought twice - it was a lot of fun! We were sorry to leave!
We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and we wish we had more nights, the apartment is located on the top floor (you have to climb 2 floors, but very light and comfortable and it didn't bother us at all), a very spacious and pleasant apartment, the rooms are large and there is an answer for everything, the kitchen was excellently equipped, lots of dishes, pepper, salt and dishwasher capsules were also available, and toilet paper in sufficient quantity for the entire stay. The kitchen space is a very spacious and comfortable living room, it felt very natural to prepare meals there, it was very comfortable, in general the atmosphere in the apartment is very pleasant. The apartment has 2 bathrooms: 1 with a bath and a toilet (also washing machine, and a facility for hanging the laundry), the 2 a shower and a toilet, unlimited hot water and a wonderful stream, the shower has a towel warmer or a radiator and it was very fun in the cool evenings and mornings, (there was a fan in the rooms). Below the apartment there is a balcony with a magical view that can be used, and about 250 meters from the apartment there is a small and charming shopping center with a supermarket (see photos)
The mattresses are made of sponge and it was not comfortable for everyone (personally, I got used to it very quickly). And since there were many beds in the house, each child had his own corner (and with teenagers it's great).
Parking across the road is very convenient, and a variety of restaurants were open even late (including one right across the street, and an Irish pub very close by), the lake is also in a short distance away, and it was nice and fun to walk around it.
My daughter had a birthday and Mrs. Rekling decorated the apartment beautifully in her honor and bought a cake for us.

Perfection

The good: Huge apartment perfect for families on a long stay, the nicest I've stayed at in many years of frequent travel around Europe. Easy to walk to restaurants and cafes, and the Aqua Park amusement area. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal.

The bad: You must be self sufficient to enjoy this place, there is limited service and availability from the staff, who do not speak English. Additionally, there were some things I expected and did not get, for example, bars of soap to wash our hands or coffee grounds/tea. (There is a coffee maker and kettle, however).

Perfect location, size and amenities

good:
The apartment was well equipped.  it was shining clean. location was great, as one base just in the middle to go to all south black forest attractions.

to improve:
all the time we could hear every little steps of the upper floor guests. Need to add some noise reduction to their floor. the owner does not speak a single word in English (only German and Russion) and have no whatssapp or something like that to communicate, though they seems like nice people, they are not helpfull. actually the apartment was too big, not a real issue, but our bedroom was huge and empty, while the children room was quite small, it is more of a not great usage of all that space, not a real problem. it was over priced, but we were happy being there with 3 children, one is a 1 yo baby.
