We were in an apartment on the ground floor in May. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The terrace was dirty, however, and I broke into the chair because I was undergoing an amputation. It was a bit difficult to get up. I always told the very happy receptionist about it, she apologized and immediately hired a staff member who looked at the whole thing, unfortunately the day was a holiday and the housekeeper wasn't there, but it was promised to take care of it. The next day we paid off, the payment was again sincerely apologized and as a small vacation section, we got a quick discharge.

Quiet and big enough,

We visited Schluchsee this summer and stayed by the Regina Appartements. The location is very good  inside the forest just walking distance to Schluchsee. A lot of parking places. The rooms are quite comfortable with balconies. The grocery store is very close as well. It has very big nice swimming pool, sauna, and fitness salon. For the families it is a nice place. WiFi connection from the hotel is very weak in the rooms. 

Summer holiday 

The apartment we booked was very large and spacious. The furnishings are bright, friendly and modern. On the balconies/terrases there are chairs/tables available. The kitchen is well equipped, there is everything you need for self-care. In all rooms there are cabinets so that you can't get by with the available storage space at all! Tollens also the bread service: every morning at 8h at the latest, fresh bread (as previously ordered at the reception) is available at the door. For our bicycles we were offered a parking space in the cheapest - free of charge. The apartments and the attached hotel have a lot of space upstairs - to twelve are convenient accommodations. 5 minutes to 5 minutes to the nearest and 5 minutes to get to the hotel's parking lot. For every day, we had to get a quick snack (as ordered at the reception desk).

It's very simple: excellent!

This is a super quiet and very well furnished apartment. However, the sofa bed for an adult is not ideal for several nights. It is possible to have a 18 euro breakfast at the Flora Hotel right next door. From 2 nights onwards, you get the map of the black forest which is really great. The reception is very friendly and very professional. The pool is the real most of these apartments! An incredible asset.

It's a very nice apartment.

We stayed here for five nights in a nice apartment, the room itself was fine, good beds and there was also a separate little kitchen which was very useful. 
There was also a balcony and downstairs there was a lovely and very clean indoor pool.
The apartments are part of Parkhotel Flora and that is where the reception is. Everyone on reception is very friendly and helpful, they all speak English.
Would definitely go back.

Very nice!

Great room (correctly with terrace), very well equipped kitchen. The pool area and sauna were a great performance area. The apartment house is run by the adjacent Flora Hotel. There we found friendly and helpful staff. The High Black Forestcard (inclusive) is well worth the money. The apartment house is very centrally located with sights, ski resorts, baths, etc. Thank you for letting us be your guests for a week.

A perfect vacation

We stayed for 6 nights in a 4-bedroom apartment with entrance, sofa bed, kitchen (with laundry room!) and double room. Everything is very clean. The staff is extremely kind and available.

Kind and Available

Hotel located next to a large park. Very quiet surroundings. The apartment has a living room where there is a sofa bed convertible. A kitchen separate from the other room and bathroom. It should be 60 m2. It is an apartment for 4 adults but the convertible sofa is not top. There is also a terrace balcony on which you can eat. On the cleanliness of the places there is nothing to reproach. A hand soap in the bathroom and the kitchen would be a plus. In addition there is a dishwasher, can offer the first pill for the evening? That the occupants can have time to go shopping in. The basement underground is very nice. There is a swimming pool on the ground floor. There is a nice swimming pool on the other side of the hotel which offers a very nice swimming pool, which offers a small part of the activities for free on the first floor.

The apartment house is located above the village, but it is only about 7 minutes' walk to the village centre. The apartments are fairly and comfortably decorated and the one room has a beautiful view of the countryside. Each room or apartment has a small kitchen that is fully equipped. The WiFi connection in the rooms was not good, however, most of the time there was no reception at all and if, then it took forever to send only a text message. The fitness and bathroom is not big, but nevertheless a big plus. Unfortunately, we could not have breakfast, not even at the mother hotel Flora. However, we made use of the bread service.

A great family weekend.

We had a nice flat, very spacious, with a comfortable balcony. The staff were very friendly and we felt comfortable around the house.The pool in the house was very clean, everything was taken care of.There was absolutely nothing to expose.We were satisfied with everything.If you want to expand, this is the place.
