Had a lovely warm welcome from Richard and Forra, both were delightful and couldn't do enough to make sure your stay was a memorable one.  Richard showed us to our two rooms which were huge, very clean, comfortable and bright.  The boys loved the shelves behind the bed where they could line up all their toys and we enjoyed the superb views from the front of the hotel.  Breakfast was tasty and well priced and the omelettes made fresh were a nice touch.  Lots of board games to choose from to play and the location close to Winterburg for skiing was good.  Only thing to note is dinner is not served on a Sunday night but Richard was able to direct us to the next town where we had a nice meal (luckily we hadn't had a drink in our room before we realised this !).  Also as brits neither our credit or debit card would work but we managed to get the trusty mother in law in Scotland to wire the money over and they were happy for us to do this without holding the children hostage ! shame on that score ! Overall a lovely family friendly warm welcome which I would highly recommend!  Thank you Forra and Richard xxx

Lovely warm welcome

Super cool owners, great service, nice location. Good price too. Nice facilities with kitchen. Get good food at the restaurant too.
Good spot for ski as well. We took some lessions as we were beginners.

Fantastic

We have stayed in this hotel from Thursday till Sunday and enjoyed every minute of it. Nice people running the hotel always friendly and helping you out. Great hotel/fereinwohnung rooms are available in all sizes. Definitely a return worth while.
