Unfortunately, the carpet floor is almost at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac when you arrive. The view from the balcony is beautiful on the opposite hill (pictured). The parking spaces are not painted out and therefore not recognizable as such. However, there seems to be garages. The double room is sufficiently large. The windows and the shower can be dimmed with rolls. The carpet floor is almost at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The view from the balcony is comfortable with single mattresses and for me it is sufficiently outdoors (pictured).

Holidays 2020

We spent the Easter days with a group of seven people at the Apartment Hotel Julia. We had booked three double rooms and a single room. When we arrived, to our surprise, we were able to purchase three holiday apartments and a double room. These were much more spacious and well equipped. Everything was very clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fine and varied on three nights. Since the weather on Easter Sunday was not exactly good (SCHNEE), we were very happy that there was a swimming pool in the house, that we would like to use it. It was very pleasant and we would like to come back.

Easter in Schönwald

We (25+34) booked an overnight stay from Saturday to Sunday on Friday directly at the hotel and were able to book the room an hour before we actually arrived. The room was neat, equipped etc. was completely satisfactory. We had room 1 with a south balcony and a view of the ski slope. Sauna can be done until 8:00, registration 30 minutes in advance is required. For ski lifts it may be only about 300m. The staff were friendly, helpful and also very generous in renting the rodel. The breakfast was perfectly fine, even though the cooked eggs were still warm and some bread slices were a bit more expensive. The loaves tasted very good, unfortunately they were not dry. However, we would not prefer to stay at a hotel in the woods for 2€.
