Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: EUR 10 per person (approximately)
• Pet fee: EUR 5 per pet, per day
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 35 per stay

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit for Spring Break: EUR 35.0 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.60 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.30 per night for guests aged 5-15 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 5 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

This property charges the following mandatory cleaning fees per stay , collected at the property: EUR 35 for apartment 1 bookings, EUR 35 for apartment 2 bookings, and EUR 35 for apartment 3, 4 , 5 bookings.
