Sonja, our hostess is super friendly, hospitable and always has a few tips in stock. Very warm, we felt right at home and welcome. The apartment is super clean and spacious, even with balcony! We can also use the garden with sunscreen. In the morning there were always fresh buns. Thank you Sonja :) The apartment is close to the center. Everything is easily accessible on foot and by bike. We could park the rented bikes on the yard and the garage was offered to us. We can recommend the Magnolia house and would love to come back!

House of Magnolia

We stayed in this really comfortable apartment with a couple of friends. Two bathrooms, well-organized kitchen, living room with living room. Only neo that one of the two rooms had the separate beds, but for the rest it was all very comfortable. The housewife Sonia was very hospitable and kind. WI-FI and shelter and for the stairs a cafeteria service.

Comfortable apartment

The purpose of our trip to Swanghau was to inspect the castles (including Linderhofe) and walk around the beautiful places. The hotel was perfectly suited to us. It is convenient: you can walk to the beautiful lake on the beautiful grasslands with the cows, to the castles - a half-hour walk (you can get to see them in the morning before the main crowds arrive), near the bus stop where you can get to the Linderhofe, in 10 minutes' leisure- supermarket Rewe, where you can buy food to understand the house (take salt and butter!) or heat something up in the microwave. The apartments are a hotel room, a bathroom and a kitchen with a kitchenette.

Cozy apartments with a wonderful housekeeper

This is amazing.

We were very happy with the size of our apartment and the fact it had a balcony. Everything was clean, all rooms were spacious. Parking is free so is the wi-fi (did not work very well, but it was still usable). Location is very convenient and completely quiet at night. They have also place to store your bicycles. The owner of this place is very friendly and helpful, which is good, as she lives with her family in the same house. The only thing I did not like was the mattress which was not very comfortable and it needs an upgrade. Price was fair for this location and it was really good value for money. Recommended!

Very nice experience

We stayed in July in apartments on the 3rd floor. The heat was terrible, and the air conditioner was not there. Thanks to Mrs. Sone - she provided a large floor fan! The view from the window to the mountains and the castle. On the balcony we had a great evening with an unchanged beer, a nice supermarket within 15 minutes of walking. The kitchen has everything we needed. The new bathroom on a small area was not very convenient. These small flaws were smoothed out by the absolute hospitality of the owner. She offered her services to take us to the castles, on the day of departure she took us to the train to Füssen. And it was completely free and without our rehearsal. She offered and we agreed with joy and gratitude. And we are very grateful for these apartments and we recommend them.

These are lovely apartments.

My companions and I stayed in this beautiful apartment in late February and early March. We chose it because of its proximity to the castles of Ludwig II and the relatively low price compared to others. The apartment is very large and two people navigate it and very clean and furnished with everything necessary. Mrs. Sonia's reception was very pleasant, it gave us the impression that we were the only ones to have stayed in that apartment. I really recommend you, we will return in early June.

Relax in an Enchanted World

A very sociable, kind hostess will try to make your stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. My family and I traveled around Germany at the end of March, the apartments were comfortable, although at night there was a slight frost on the street.

A quiet, cozy place

We spent two nights in a two bedroom apartment in Haus Magnolia. We were an older couple and a younger one. Except for one of the bedrooms, which was quite small and not very comfortable, everything was very good (main debroom quite big, good bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen, big living - dining area with a balcony). Having a car the location was excellent since it is in a very quiet place where you can sleep and rest very well. You have nearby quite a big Supermarket and a gas station. It is also convenient either to drive to the castle attractions as well as to Steingaden and the Wies Church.
Parking is free of charge. Wi Fi also available in the rooms although a little complicated.
Special mention to the charming Lady of the house who is available to help and give all kinds of indications and recomendations.

Un buen alojamiento

The house is great, it's what you want to live in. We were taking apartments on the 3rd floor. We went out of the living room to the balcony and took pictures in the background of Noishwanshtein - it was fantastic! The village of Swanghau itself was also very much loved - the picturesque houses, the beautiful streets, the cozy restaurants... and the mountains.
