Once upon a time this was a modern hotel but sadly those days are long gone. Saying that thought the rooms were clean and the staff helpful. OUr room had a new bed with a headboard and footboard which meant you could not lay on the bed and watch the extremely small TV, we had to raise the TV up on a chair! The restaurant was closed so we had to walk the 10 minutes into town to find dinner but overall the stay was OK. 

Seen better days

The hotel and the rooms are great. I wasn't so enthusiastic about the breakfast buffet. When I visited the hotel two years ago, the breakfast buffet was really good. In addition to coffee, there were also non-alcoholic beverages at no extra cost. There were salads, such as egg salad, poultry salad, meat salad and even smoked salmon on offer. This time there were no alcoholic beverages, the salmon, egg salad, poultry salad and meat salad were consumed and also not refilled, just disappointing! I hope very much that the hotel will return to its original service.

Clearly down, staff not particularly friendly, rooms are somewhat old-fashioned, where the minibar should be, there was a roaring emptiness, - the breakfast was absolutely unpleasant, it urged sivh the question of when the grey-coated salads had been prepared. - Although described no restaurant: The cook probably made in the west?!

Unrecognizable effort

Room on the first floor under the roof is good if you are not tall, otherwise be prepared to bang your head on the ceiling. No air conditioning. No water. Looks like there used to be a fridge or minibar but that has been removed. No internet. One towel in the outdated bathroom. Although there is a restaurant in the hotel, we were told it was closed due to a private function and so had to drive into town to get dinner. A very disappointing breakfast.

Keep driving!

The hotel has grown significantly over the years, and the prices have not been adequate. The breakfast is fine, but nothing special. The staff has been very friendly and hard-working. However, this is not enough to justify the prices.

Nice hotel 3 minutes from Cologne Central Station by taxi and cathedral, cheap, rich buffet breakfast and friendly staff who speak Italian German French and English.......

Comfortable central office

The food is good and always different. The service is a bit austere. Good breakfast. Be careful! The kitchen closes at 9:00, so if you come later: goodbye dinner. Even for arrival keep in mind that the recipe closes at 11:00. Personally I expected more.

I was expecting something more.

As a Garni hotel, the house would be quite good. The rooms are not new but clean. The beds are only for people who like it very tight to hard - there are no requirements - 2nd head pillow is also not. W-Lan is free. The rooms are spacious, and do not smell of smoke - prime! But the restaurant... is better to leave. We have been there 3 times - the cook can obviously not operate many devices except the microwave. The deer gulags were warm, but the larger pieces were still inside ice cold - the keys were cruel. The absolute spit performance was however the Fortru Mlerin as an absolute lauterie so I bring the same thing even better. Gii the animal was previously deep in the breeze - which was probably not warm in the breeze - I don't go after the raw breeze - I'm sure that it is not going to heat up in the breeze!

Room OK - Restaurant is not working

I regularly go to the Brandeburger Hotel in Seelow. The dishes prepared by the cook are excellent, with a wide and rich variety of meat, fish and vegetables. Breakfast is also very rich. The rooms are very clean and tidy, very limited towels and soap/shampoo for shower. There is no WI-Fi (!!) in the rooms and it is almost impossible to communicate in English.
